then you must admit that no game console is complete with out accounting for on of the largest factors in tactile feed back: resistive motion.

video-games are fun because they adhere to rules that mesh with and deliberately defy our expectations of cause and effect. with out the resistive force that comes with trying to throw a bolling ball(for example) fast, a bolling game risks not being taken seriously. with out the heavy burden of the "real world" and "physics" to enforce the intricacies of the real sport many people reduce the game to trying to trick the controllers (or cameras) to giving them a good score with out actually doing work.

I submit to you the following for consideration: the Exer-Station (formally the Kilowatt ) http://www.motionfitness.com/exerStation.html

a system capable of making it hard to doge left and right by making the joystick several feet tall and heavily weighted to resist you. that is right, Super Monkey Ball is now the hardest isometric workout you can hand a beginner. AND THEY LIKE IT!

young and trendy gamers may forgo the carefully constructed metaphors and detailed instructions of motion, but for the low low cost of just under $2000, they will feel the burn, and if they want to level up there poke' mon or get that extra fancy they will have to come back for more!

      Today racing games,
      Tomorrow yoga.
We will build a hardier nerd, and one day they will take back this country!

sony did not have the idea first. Nintendo had the power glove long before sony even got into console gaming. they may not be the exact same thing but they work off the same principle. useing motion to control a game. also microsoft had a motion controller back in the 90s for the pc. i cant remember the name of it though. i think it was the sidewinder freestyle pro or something like that. almost everything sony has done in console gaming has been copied from nintendo or some other console. and no im not a fanboy of any system. i love and play them all.

Hey, Shut up. You call Games on the iPhone "Hardecore"? If ANYTHING is hardcore, it's the Wii, PS3, and Xbox 360. It may not have a HUGE library of 'M' games, the only games on the iPhone are little puzzle games that you need to pay for every five seconds. Though I tend to defend Nintendo, I have to say, what is the least "hardcore", Halo 3, Metal Gear 4, Metroid Prime, or Tetris. Go ahead, pick. I personally love the iPhone as much as the Wii, Xbox 3600, and Playstation 3. ( Or, almost the same.) I just don't think a smart phone will EVER beat a console. By the way, are those typos, or are you the worst speller/grammar guy in the world. It seems ALL fanboys and trolls are dumb.
