Nintendo Wii: Big Nintendo Wii Surprises At This Years E3 Say Nintendo

Nintendo UK marketing manager James Honeywell has told online gaming publication CVG that Nintendo Wii owners should expect plenty of Wii related surprises at this years E3 event in June. Any guesses on what we will see?

“I guess we haven’t made any announcements recently because we’ve been concentrating on the 3DS launch, but there are still lots of games to come. I’m sure you’ll see at this year’s E3. For anybody who has a Wii, they can rest assured that we’ll be bringing some fantastic new experiences to them.”

  1. I hope there will be announcments for loads of wii games this year, but as everyone expects a succesor on the wii soon, I don’t realy know what to expect.

  2. I’m hoping for a multirelease of old Zeldagames in one package. Thinking this because of what Satoru Iwata said at GDC: “We’re working on something that will excite the fans of Zelda” (About Zelda’s 25th anniversary.)

  3. hmmmm what have we yet to see?

Layton Wii? I know a lot of people are shouting for that. Would like a Zelda compilation but we already had the Collectors Edition…Maybe that only with Wind Waker insead of Ocarinia? (since that’ll be for 3DS)

Pikmin 3 seems given. I’d be VERY surprised if we didn’t see Yoshi or F-Zero or something else featuring the isle from Wii-Fit/Pilotwings

scraping at the bottom of the barrel we could possibly see a Fire Emblem

  5. Pandoras tower
    vitality sensor
    that new kirby game
    the xenoblade game
a release date for zelda skyward sword
    pikmin 3

    • Also
The Last Story (maybe) the new game from Final Fantasy’s original creator
That potential Pokemon Wii game to go with Pokemon Black & White

  6. i can see a Donkey Kong 64 3DS announcement, and possibly Goldeneye (the original) ending up on either Wii Virtual Console, or as a 3DS port, think about it, both would be great on 3DS, though idk how Goldeneye would work
