Nintendo Europe has released the official Kid Icarus Uprising packaging. The box contains a copy of the game as expected and also a completely free stand which can be used to prop up your Nintendo 3DS to get the best experience when playing the game. Every copy of Kid Icarus: Uprising will come inside this cardboard packaging. Kid Icarus: Uprising launches March 23rd in Europe and March 23rd in North America.

I’m glad Pit is getting revived, but i’ll need allot more proof before i go as far as to preorder the game. I’m affraid the constant and cheesy comedy is going to be a big turnoff for me.
I think it was meant to be a comedy. Remember, Kid Icarus is all about being lighthearted.

Dunno, looks like a decent system, but for me, i was majorly put off by the need of an exclusive vita memory card, even to play pre-loaded stuff. And those cards can be pretty expensive… Id wait a few months before deciding. Im not getting one but they look interesting…
Nintendo is just putting this game on DS to sell systems we all know damn well this should have been on Wii. Stylus control? A stand? YEA OK NOT!

Honestly this game looks amazing and sakurai and all his peeps chose to put it on 3ds not to sell systems but for connectivity and because 3d is helpful for lining up shots correctly, among other reasons. this would be an instant buy for me if i had money.
