Kid Icarus Uprising Does Well In The UK Charts

This weeks UK all-format chart information is in via Chart Track and shows that Kid Icarus: Uprising, which was released on Friday, has managed to make its debut at number six. That’s not bad considering the game is exclusive to the Nintendo 3DS. Nintendo’s advertising campaign which has sprawled its way across TV, Twitter, and the Web has obviously paid off. Here’s the UK all-format top ten games:

  1. [360] Fifa Street
  2. [PS3] Fifa Street
  3. [360] Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City
  4. [360] Mass Effect 3
  5. [PS3] Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City
  6. [3DS] Kid Icarus: Uprising
  7. [PS3] Mass Effect 3
  8. [WII] Mario Party 9
  9. [360] Fifa 12
  10. [PCD] Shogun 2: Total War Fall Of The Samurai

    1. I did. I came in with medium expectations and was BLOWN away by the awesomeness of Kid Icarus Uprising. I’ve been trying to get all the unlockables and only a few chapters in. It is so much fun, and I never felt like the controls were bad at all.

Pit needs lots of luck with me playing on higher intensity levels.
