N-Space Isn’t Developing Call Of Duty Black Ops 2 For Handhelds

Development studio n-Space has confirmed that it has no plans to bring the forthcoming Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 to handheld platforms. The news will come as a disappointment to many as the developer has a long association with developing handheld entries within the Call of Duty franchise.

“We have no first-person shooters in development at this time,”

– n-Space studio president Dan O’Leary

  1. Wow that’s bad news. But am confident it will come to the 3ds.

    ps… Oh am first….. :D

    Get N or get OUT!!!!!!!!!!!1

              1. dude 3DS has Conduit ,, and Vita is gunna get CoD with diff. developer ,, ofcourse CoD is in Vita’s advert.

          1. I upset follow console and the perks these guys can make improvements by putting bigger maps new guns new charcters are same from conloseif you don’t listen to me nobody is never going to play cod ds

    1. i couldn’t care less if it came to a handheld. honestly the past cods sucked on handhelds so…..

      1. Nah I totally disagree…. they were ok especially when you do local multiplayer that was FUN AS HELL

        Get N or get OUT!!!!

  2. wow now there is a surprise i actually was expecting this for the 3ds i wanted a fps for my collection. oh well!!!
    primero?

        1. Metroid Prime was awesome in FP. I do like Super Metroid though which is 3rd Person. I’d be fine with either.

          Hunters was also FP.

          1. the metroid prime saga is called first person adventure, is OK i guess but what’s wrong with calling it a FPS? after all you shoot in first person!!!!!!

            oh!! clever!?!?!?! :O

          2. Metroid Prime was first-person, but it sure as hell wasn’t a “First-Person Shooter” in the traditional sense.

            (Hunters was, but that sucked)

    1. I don’t know but i always i’ve seen your coments saying that you are agains the FPS games and now you are saying that this is bad and hopefully change to get FPS for handheld. i don’t trust you anymore.

      1. I never said FPSs are bad. I said the immature, name calling, trolling audience that comes along with the online part of games like CoD is what I don’t like.

There are alot of great FPS. Remember Goldeneye 64? Metroid Prime could be considered a FPS. I also enjoyed Battlefield 1942.

          1. Thanks, dude. I was trying to think of some more, but I never played those games so I couldn’t comment on it.

    2. Personally I’m still hoping that Conduit 3DS still happens. Conduit 2 is a great FPS on Wii and I think a Conduit game on the 3DS would be awesome. Thats the 3DS FPS I want to see. I don’t really care about COD on handhelds.

    1. FUCK YOU ALL YOU STUPID MOTHERFUCKERS GO FUCK YOUR MOTHERS LIKE THE MOTHER FUCKERS YOU ARE BUT OOPS WAIT I FORGOT I’M ALWAYS FIRST TO FUCK YOUR MOTHERS SO YOU ARE ALL MY CHILDREN BECAUSE I FUCKED YOUR MOTHERS FIRST SO FUCK YOU MOTHERFUCKING FUCKS

  4. So a nintendo Handheld gets a slidpad, and now they aren’t gonna make it?
wow, I surely wouldved thought we get one considering the last ones felt, incomplete without the Pad.

  5. its pretty obvious why they are being so weird about bringing cod to wii u and 3ds, its because they’re new platforms and they don’t want to go through the trouble of actually programing a new game.

  6. 3ds needs firstperson shooters cause half of the game community is shooter fans my self included im tired of all these JRPG games there boring and lame

  8. Fuck COD get me Dementium 3DS! ( I know its the not the same developers) I want a sequel to 2 kick ass FPS’s on the DS.

  9. Well I’d much rather have them keep working on Heroes of Ruin than making a crappy port of a crappy FPS…
