20 Free Bonus Levels Coming To Mutant Mudds On Nintendo 3DS

When Renegade Kid’s Mutant Mudds launched on August 30th for PC, it included 20 brand-new additional levels that aren’t in the original version for Nintendo 3DS. The game’s designer, Jools Watsham, has revealed that the 20 levels will eventually be available as a free download pack from the Nintendo eShop. Watsham also re-confirmed that Renegade Kid is an authorized Wii U developer.

“You might be asking yourself, ‘Why should I vote for Mudds on Steam?’ when you may already have Mutant Mudds on your 3DS, or you’re waiting for the 20 new Grannie levels to land on the eShop (which is totally going to happen btw, as a free update).”

“Porting Mutant Mudds to the PC, and selling it on Steam, has the potential of bringing some much needed funds into Renegade Kid, which will go straight into the development of new games. As we’re being perfectly – and frankly – honest here; I would like to put the majority of our future development efforts into the 3DS eShop and Wii U eShop titles (we’re authorized Wii U developers now btw – excite!).”

“Voting for Mutant Mudds on Steam = more future eShop titles from Renegade Kid.”

    1. For the record, I have two Journey songs on my iPod: Feelin’ that Way, and Stone in Love.Every time I hear American Woman, I’m in the ctfeaeria at Rowe Junior High. And whenever I hear Good Times Roll, I’m in the locker room at Rex Putnam High, either getting dressed down for PE or for a ballgame.

      1. he said ”ON THE FUCKING NINTENDO ESHOP” Banjo kazooie did not mention anything about the PC. obviously the PC’s never ending library is better than the newly born nintendo Eshop .

there is only about 10 awesome original eshop titles out there.
and all the virtual console games , applications and DSI ware .

      2. Since I’ve downloaded this game in the first day, and completed it, i’m excited to know that I can play more levels without paying for it.

    1. I have to agree, the eShop titles seem a little pricey, i duno, that might be what theyre worth, Pullblox/Pushmo was definitely worth my money, and still is

      1. Bro, thats sweet. Is it any good? I look at it, its got some nice 3D effects but i duno if its worth the money or not?

Oh, and then theres the Proffesor Layton with 1 fee puzzle everyday for a year, which is beyond epic

        1. I simply love this game! it’s kinda short but at the same time REALLY fun and addictive! and if you really like challenges just try beat the levels with the time goal! I still replay this game.

            1. Banjo you are doing a great job in the community because you are comments are mostyl positive and well thought out, thanks dude.

      2. The first DLC on the 3DS was TheAtRhythm Final Fantasy, then Fire Emblem Awakening, but talking about free DLC, then it was Mighty Switch Force, or the Dead or Alive Dimensions costumes, I don´t really know if te costumes are labeled as DLC, as they were timed offers and you got them automatically via SpotPass.

        1. If we think about it, the first professor layton for DS got free extra content from internet and Animal crossing we could get a new Item every week as long as you played online! ”DLC” is not new at all at Nintendo consoles, they were there (in a few ways) even when extra online content was not so popular.

    1. We also had all of the Theatrhythm Final Fantasy DLC songs, but its not worth it to anyone other than a Final Fantasy fanatic.
