    1. So funny the amount of butthurt Xbots and sony drones saying ”Nintendo are in trouble . I fear they’re are going to do a dreamcast” – WTF ? Nintendo right now are worth more than they ever have been in their illustrious successfull history. They have 14 Billion in Savings and a company worth of over 28 billion. Which is 8Billion more than Sony. They can afford for the wiiu to sell like 20-30M like the dreamcast as long as the 3ds carries on building momentum like it is , they will still consider themselves very successfull.

      If the wiiu end up selling 100M like the Wii and the 3ds 150 like the ds, that is beyond success. That’s unprecedented success.

      With reggie saying if each wiiu owner buys 1 wiiu game then they make money. Believe me – if the wiiu sells 50 million on 6 years , it’s still a ”success” .

      People need to stfu about Nintendo – they clearly no what they are doing , far beyond what sony is currently doing.

      1. I hope Aeolus reads this. I actually really like Aeolus, because I appreciate and like sony as well. Only reason I bash him and sony is because he choses not to like Nintendo when nintendo caters to all gamers as did sony at one point. Microsoft on the other hand is a different lost story.

        1. I hope Aeolus doesn’t read it because he will start pointing out all of the grammar mistakes in there lol :P. And I meant 30 mill like N64 and Gamecube.

          Nintendo is massively successfull at this moment. And the 3ds whether people like it or not is actually on course to become the highest selling hadheld/system of all time. The wiiu will be Huge. People acting like the Specs are going to dictate the sales need to wake the fuck up. The specs are great on par possibly much better than current gen and it has a a tablet controller.

          The wiiu and 3DS are both excellent regardless of what the competition starts doing. people excited for the specs of the ps4 and 720 , should do themselves a favour and go and buy a gaming PC which is already much more powerfull than they will be.

          1. We both know, the Wii U can handles Unreal Engine 4, CryEngine 3, Luminous, Destiny and the rest. I am happy we shall have Multiplats with the 720 and PS4. No matter what we are getting them and that there has me excited. The drones and xbots will bash all they want but we shall have all the games they will have and more :).

      2. I just checked market cap for Nintendo is 17.5 billion and not 28 billion, and where did you read they have 14 billion cash? Link please.

        1. I’m just saying what’s been reported on various sites. It’s not 17.5 grosse company worth. Because it’s a wide known fact that n the last few years Nintendo purely as a agming company has overtook the entire worth of Sony including all their various sectors.

      3. And if Nintendo really gets in trouble, so will the whole gaming industry, once competition apparently doesn’t know to do nothing else than taking a lift on big N’s ideas.

        1. Exactly! Also, video games would not be nearly as popular today if Nintendo didn’t revitalize the industry with the NES. Most of the Nintendo haters are either braindead high school CoD players or losers who play “hardcore” games to make up for their lack of social skills and physical assets.

  1. ANIMAL CROSSING IS FOR LOSERS
    Seriously, the game just makes you move into a village and talk to a bunch of animals. Then you plant flowers, and grow trees, and you can buy furniture and design your house. You can even design clothes. You can also go to an island, and go fishing and bug catching.
    This game is FURRY HEAVEN.

    1. You’ve been caught with your hand in the cookie jar.
      Your punishment: One thousand dick suckings.

      P.S. Hurry up and release New Leaf for America.

  2. Neilsen report and us the consumers here in the US have put the 3DS and Wii U on top. Then look at Japan, my goodness the 3DS is out selling all competition even with its 68, 876 above its 100 000. From this day onwards Aeolus sonydrone should shut up and get some common sense.

  3. Third party developers especially here should take note and put great games on the 3DS and Wii U, for come December 2012 the 3DS will be fighting for top spot with the Wii U. Everyone take note, Next week and onwards Monster hunter 3 Ultimate shall climb those charts; then it shall sky rocket when the Wii U bundled with MH3 Ultimate is released in Japan.

    1. People like games with a lot of money and efforts poured into them , or if the general feeling that a game is good.

      Like Xenoblade chronicles , we knew it was great from Japan so it sold over here.

    2. Yeah that was a bit shocking, what’s disturbing is that medal of honor is up there aswell XD medal of broken ass game honor.

  4. I am so Happy that Sony this time around shall not let microsoft release there xbox720 with a head start. It is beautiful, because Wii U will be number 1, PS4 number 2, and Xbox720 number 3 due to sales of Wii U, and PS4 crushing the 720 in Japan and the world over. Wii U shall be number 1 in the US while xbox720 and PS4 shall battle for number 2 on US turf.

  5. Is My Credit Card Information Kept on File?

    Answer:

    Credit card information used to set up a Nintendo Network Account for children under age 13 is not stored on the Wii U and cannot be used to make additional purchases through the system.

    gee thanks NOA for giving us useful info about Nintendo network ID

  6. SickR take this

    Answer:

    Though some of the available content (such as downloadable content from the Nintendo eShop) costs money, the Nintendo Network itself is a free service.

    Nintendo Network Account for Children Aged 12 and Under

    In accordance with the Child Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), a parent or guardian must provide consent to set up a Nintendo Network Account for children under age 13. To verify that a parent or guardian has granted consent, they will need to provide a valid credit card number when setting up a Nintendo Network Account for the child.

    A one-time fee of $0.50 is charged to verify that a parent or guardian has provided consent.

    Credit card information is not stored on the Wii U, and cannot be used to make additional purchases through the system.

    A fee is not needed to set up subsequent child accounts on the system. Once the first child account has been set up, your Parental Control PIN is all that is required to set up additional child accounts.

  8. well it’s finally happened. the 3DS XL (which released in july?) alone has passed the vita in japanese sales. not just 2012 sales but lifetime sales in japan. vita’s at 1.04m, 3DS XL is at 1.14m. it’s too bad the vita doesn’t have any big holiday releases for japan to help boost sales more. it’ll likely not increase much between now and new year’s

  9. I really don’t get whats so great about animal crossing… it didn’t even feel like a game at all, just a waste of time… oh well, japan and their weird taste…

  10. Buying my 3DS XL after Christmas. Anyone recommends any games? I’m getting OoT 3D and Paper Mario, but I don’t know what more I should get

    1. I’ll give you a few recommendations–

      * Kid Icarus: Uprising
      * Resident Evil: Revelations (8GB game!!!!!)
      * Kingdom Hearts 3D – Dream Drop Distance
      * Mutant Mudds (downloadable)
      * Mighty Switch Force! (downloadable)
      * Theatrhythm Final Fantasy
      * New Super Mario Bros. 2
      * Tales of the Abyss

      1. Wow, that’s much… I think I’m starting with Kid Icarus and maybe Tales of the Abyss :D
        In addition to Paper Mario and OoT 3D of course!
