Nintendo took the opportunity to show off some glorious new footage for the long-awaited Pikmin 3 during todays Nintendo Direct presentation. There’s currently no set release date for the game, but it is coming sometime during the Spring in Japan. We should hopefully hear more about the game during todays Nintendo Europe and Nintendo of America Nintendo Direct presentations.

can’t wait for Pikmin 3! The visuals look amazing, I think for a game like Pikmin these kinds of visuals can really help the player immerse themselves in the game.
Some of the baddieslook terrifying, one of them made pikmin into a tornado O_o, good old terifying pikmin enemies like the old days….
such a dark game with such uplifting music and sound affects.
Visuals are definitley looking better here, the lighting in particular has a good chance to show off.

Looks hard, he spent almost the entire trailer running away from incredibly hard enemies.

Pikmin 3 looks better than it was ever shown at E3 this year. I’m deeply impressed at the improved graphics.
