Nintendo has released a new batch of artwork for the forthcoming Pokemon X and Pokemon Y for the Nintendo 3DS. The artwork gives us a better look at the two new Legendary Pokemon called Xerneas and Yveltal. Pokemon X and Pokemon Y will both be released worldwide sometime during October.
I think I prefer Xerneas a bit more… I’ll probably give one of the versions a try, it has been forever since I’ve played a Pokemon title. I still have that Yellow GBC and Pokemon Yellow – The last version I played haha. Pikachu, obviously, is the best ;)

Yeah, right? Maybe the one with wings is like a penguin, and can’t fly, but jumped in the air for the vanity shot displayed in te picture. Can such an animal as a penguin be categorized as a “flying” pokemon? I think not!

We could use a decent Dark/Flying type, both the ‘Krows’ are awful. Or Yveltal could be another Dark/Dragon. Despite its red coloring, I doubt its a Fire type.

I believe Yveltal will be light type should it be planned to exist. The same goes for Xerneas with sound type.

Best legendaries by FAR! This is the first time I really want both(one doesnt look cooler over the other). If I have to chose one though, I’ll pick Xerneas. LOVE his rainbow antlers!

THIS JUST IN! Nintendo confirmed today that Chespin, Froakie and Fennekin are all grass, water and fire types respectively. They are not “mix-types” so to speak.
The first evos never are, their respective evolution however…

I heard a rumour about a new pokemon type called light, which is good, but maybe call it solar or something. I think it sounds better. I think xerneas could be light and dragon or a grass and dragon. While yveltal could be dark and flying.
Since when did Xerneas look like a dragon? No sense comes with that suggestion.
