The latest edition of the Official Nintendo Magazine features a number of reviews for several high-profile games on Nintendo 3DS and Wii U. The publication awarded LEGO City: Undercover 90%, which stands in stark contrast to EDGE’s review score of five out of ten. The Official Nintendo Magazine also gave Luigi’s Mansion 2 a 92% review score. The game was awarded eight out of ten by EDGE. Here’s the rest of the reviews from the Official Nintendo Magazine.

I really like ONM I buy every issue , about 8/10 of their reviews I love but sometimes they’re over critical or under critical , but so are most reviewers.
I really like their reviews though , they’re very well written and sometimes it’s like reading my own thoughts on a game. So take it from me they are very good , profressional reviewers regardless of a slightly unusual review score here and there.

EDGE is a lot different from normal game review sites, they seem to have some pretty specific criteria. Wouldn’t surprise me one bit if LEGO City would lie between a 6-8 on most gaming websites. It looks good, but honestly it’s just a Lego game GTA style by the looks of it, maybe with a bit more platforming, so i can’t see how it would score more than a 9 – well they might compare it to the past couple of Lego games, and in that case it might be a completely new and fresh experience in which it gets a good score!

Castlevania got a 4.7 on ign, however I felt the demo was pretty bad myself. Considering they gave paper mario a 8.5 is REALLY questionable. We’ll see what happens. Even though I have a wii u and a 3ds I’m only interested in luigi’s mansion because I’ve replayed the original so many times! Also we need a release date for pikmin 3.

I don’t understand why people are so butthurt over Paper Mario: Sticker Star, it’s a great game. The only thing I was dissapointed to see was the incredibly weak story, and easy boss battles.

I thought the demo was fun. Died like 5 times on the first guy with the shield, kinda hit and run, but still fun enough. I’d say like a 6-7ish though. Purely on gameplay though.

Monster hunter 3 ultimate is 97% look at this biased nintendo magazine trying to downgrade a Capcom classic. Famitsu a far greater magazine than edge, official nintendo magazine or game informer gave MH3 ultimate 38/40. Shake my head at the bias to uplift Lego undercover above MH3 Ultimate.
MH3 is a sub-par remake of a three-year old Wii game. Only in your bias opinion is it a 97%.

Less these reviews are bias to an extent but normally they are actually really good reviews, i used to by the magazine, and theyd have 2 oage reviews going really into ever inch of the game, and they normal come out really honest.
