Assassin’s Creed 4 Black Flag – World Gameplay Premiere

Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag tells the story of Edward Kenway, a young British man with a thirst for danger and adventure, who falls from privateering for the Royal Navy into piracy as the war between the major Empires comes to an end. Edward is a fierce pirate and seasoned fighter who soon finds himself embroiled in the ancient war between Assassins and Templars. Set at the dawn of the 18th Century, the game features some of the most infamous pirates in history, such as Blackbeard and Charles Vane, and takes players on a journey throughout the West Indies during a turbulent and violent period of time later to become known as the Golden Age of Pirates.

  1. love how they totally ripped off of blackbeard from the pirates movies with the ember lit hair -____- nice lawsuit… but the game does look good tho

    1. Ò.ó really?

It’s on the game like it was on the movie because it was a real life legend that black beard would light his hair on fire, it was not invented for the movie.

    2. I dont think Suing is capable from the image of a dead pirate… Look at Leonardo Davinci… Real life person that has had various media dedicated to him… the person cant sue

    1. AC3 on wiiu is about 25FPS average . It’s about 27FPS on PS3 and 28FPS on 360. Woopty do. It’s barely noticeable difference. and all three versions chug when getting chased through cities and fighting. AC3 for wiiu was ported on early dev kits. The newest dev kits seem to be allowing devs like criterion to do astonishing things. Have that seat.

    2. LoL troll much? Nothing to see here folks just keep scrolling. Also the game looks fun looking forward to it.

    3. Wii U pushes direct X11 equivalent resources, last I checked ps3 and xbox360 only are direct X9. Go and troll your unexposed non traveling self lol.

  2. I enjoyed AC3. It’s flawed and the pacing is disorientating and annoying. But I stil play it on my wiiu to this day trying to 100% certain missions is challenging and fun. Collecting all the shit in short burst is cool. and the sidequests are half decent. I would give the game an 8.5/10 and I look forward to AC4. If you hated AC3 , fair on you :)

  3. Capcom, TT games + Nintendo publishing, Criterion show these other Third parties how to move Wii U consoles, and now they start showing trailers of their up coming games. No matter how our megaman fans feel, when it comes to third parties in Capcom we trust :). Ubisoft a close second cause you made up for forgone gaffs :).

  4. Assassin’s Creed 3 was my first AC game…. i haven’t finished it yet..
it’s okay, but definitely not a great game… but jumping around etc. was fun : /

but im a huge pirate-“fan”, so i might have to get this
    we’ll see

  5. Looks good, but so did AC3. Decent game but very simplistic. Hope they add a bit more depth to it like Arkham City or a new system entirely. And maybe add a bit more platforming like an old price of persia or something, cause just pressing forward and run is getting to be monotonous. As I said, still looks good though.

    1. PC/PS4 most likely. Wiiu will have a respectable version. After what criterion did , I think games for wiiu will start coming out like that with enhanced lighting and better textures :)

  6. Not interested in this watsoever, There’s better games comming out this year. AC3 was a dissapointment. I’m more excited for the new 1st part titles Nintendo has announced and those they will announce at E3.
