Spotted by NeoGaf user Astroid2, Wii U owners can now post messages to Miiverse via their PC, as well as follow people from the web app. Last month, Nintendo announced Miiverse would be coming to browsers, smartphones and other devices but the beta version would not allow users to produce posts or utilise any other features from the Wii U.
Now it appears you can make new posts direct from your PC, as detailed in the image here. Not only that but the web app will also allow you to view your friends/following lists, update your profile details and edit general Miiverse settings. According to another NeoGaf user, you will be able to view any Miiverse post despite not owning a Nintendo Network ID – just using the URL will allow you to open the post. And, if that wasn’t enough, the restriction between making new posts has seen a reduction to three minutes from the initial five minutes. You can access Miiverse through your browser at miiverse.nintendo.net to check out the new features.

this is good… 3min limitations on browsers but 5 min lims on wii u still or did they change that yet. i hope people without a wii u cant post cause that will flood it with sony and microsoft drones and destroy miiverse as i now love it.
I think you can view MiiVerse, but to post, you must own a WiiU.
If you have a NNID via on your Wii U then you can sign on to Miiverse on any computer and Post. Without a NNID you can’t post.

You still can’t actually create a Nintendo Network account on anything but a Wii U. We SHOULD be able to create and use one on a 3DS by now, but…
Why is Miiverse not being prioritized to be put on 3DS yet, then update it when it is on both Wii U and 3DS.

Yes, Wii U is needed, but by the end of the year, you will be able to created a Nintendo Network account in your 3DS, wich lead to a lot of interesting posibilities to connect your 3DS to your Wii U.
When are we going to have an iPhone app?
Looks a good console but again, ninntedo go for a gloss finish which attracts finger prints! I like the mattefbbbf black finishes such as the DS lite. the 3ds will probably start to look grubby quickly with kids.
