New Mega Evolutions For Charizard, Blastoise and Venusaur

During the Pokémon Nintendo Direct, Nintendo announced new mega evolutions. For all you Pokémon fans that have been there since the beginning of Pokemon Red and Blue. When Pokémon X and Y releases, you’ll be able to grab either Bulbasaur, Charmander or Squirtle from Professor Sycamore early on in the game. The three starter Pokémon can then evolve into Mega Venusaur, Mega Charizard and Mega Blastoise. Now that’s the kind of mega evolution we like to hear about!

  1. hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

    Pics? Plz?

  2. Mega Blastoise looks awesome.
Charizard has become a generic dragen.
Mega Venusaur looks cool, except for that stupid flower on its head. But it has fucking thick fat, so its only weaknesses are flying and psychic o_O

      1. not really, it’s already OU because of a different ability to begin with. Charizard is going up to OU and Blastoise might either stay where it is or go up (no idea what Mega Blaster is)

  4. Mega Charizard trended worldwide, and knocked off the Xbox One trend building up to its release date.

Pokémon, in its name and with its evolutions: NOW YOU’RE PLAYING WITH POWER!

Yes, I’ve been waiting forever to use that! Sorry! XD

  6. I really dislike Blastoise, but it definitely has the best Megalution out of the 3. It looks really badass.
Mega Charizard looks alright, I suppose. Shame it’s not a Fire/Dragon. I expect a lot of people are going to be unhappy about that…
Mega Venusaur looks… Bad. It’s just the exact same thing with minimal differences. Even just giving it a more slender face and a tail could improve it to be honest…

  7. Charizard’s mega looks like they just cut off parts of its wings and put it on its arms then made its figure slimmer.

Venusaur’s mega doesn’t look much different.

    Blastoise’s mega looks awesome.

      1. You still will, I believe. You get your 6th gen starter from your in-game friend and later on your 1st gen starter from the prof. Either way, it doesn’t really bother me since I always box my starters.

  9. If they made Charizard Fire/Dragon, then he would have no weaknesses among the Generation 1 starters. Every starter has had a type advantage on at least one other starter so if Charizard is made Fire/Dragon, Blastoise won’t have a type advantage anymore.
