UK Charts: Splatoon For Wii U Enters In At Number Three

This week’s UK charts are now in via GFK Chart Track. It’s clearly been a good week for Nintendo as their immensely fun shooter Splatoon managed to enter into the individual formats chart at number three, just behind the critically acclaimed Witcher 3 on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. We haven’t got official sales numbers yet, but estimates seem to say that Splatoon sold less than 17.5k. Still, it’s great to see a Wii U exclusive near the top of the chart.

UK Charts: Project CARS Races To The Top

The UK charts are in! Project CARS launched this week for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One and has shot straight to the top 2 spots. It also released on PC, but that only reached number 11– which is still not bad! It has yet to release on the Wii U, but when it does I suspect we’ll be seeing it high placing again. The other two new titles are both Nintendo with Kirby and the Rainbow Paintbrush and Puzzle & Dragons Z: Super Mario Edition, Kirby entering in at 18 and Puzzle & Dragons in a 32. This knocks Mario Party 10 down to 37, but it’s still hanging in strong. Do you think Nintendo titles have done well this week? Check the charts out for yourself:
