When the Wii U launches in Japan, on December 8th, Nintendo TVii will be made available for Japanese consumers from the get-go. Nintendo confirmed earlier this week that Nintendo TVii is coming next year to select regions in Europe. The built-in, convenient application will be activated next month for Wii U owners in North America.
According to a listing on Amazon.fr, Nintendo’s forthcoming console will be released in Europe on December 21st and will cost 349.99 Euros, which is equivalent to about $440 USD. The listing does mention, however, that the price will most likely change and the Wii U is expected to launch prior to Christmas. Remember – a recent rumor suggests that Wii U’s release date has been delayed to December across Europe.
Earlier today, Nintendo confirmed that the December issue of Nintendo Power magazine will be its last. For subscription inquiries, visit this website.
