The Official Nintendo Magazine has listed 12 characters that should be in the next Super Smash Bros. title for Wii U. Among the 12 are Professor Layton, Pac-Man, Little Mac, Sukapon, King K. Rool, Travis Touchdown, Jack Cayman, Mr. Driller, Geno, Mega Man, Waluigi and Bowser Jr. Based on the characters listed by the video game magazine, which ones should replace existing characters in Super Smash Bros. Brawl‘s roster?
The Official Nintendo Magazine says the forthcoming Super Smash Bros. title for Wii U would be better than Wii’s Super Smash Bros. Brawl if it includes seven things. Among the seven things are a better online infrastructure, more cooperative options, the addition friend leagues, character transfer between Nintendo 3DS and Wii U, the ability to take in-game screenshots and share them, feature more Nintendo history throughout the game, and the option of playing as the Master Hand.

In an exclusive interview with ONM, ZombiU Creative Director Jean-Phillipe Caro reassures that Ubisoft’s ZombiU will deliver a fresh and intriguing experience to players. When referring to Wii U, Caro calls it “the most innovate system” on Earth. ZombiU will launch on November 18th exclusively for Wii U.
“I think we are making something fresh with the most innovative console. The Wii U is the most innovate system for the moment on Earth. We didn’t have to make a big innovation on our side – it was all here on the system so that was easier for us.”

Nintendo will not be making an appearance at this week’s Gamescom in Germany, and most of the Wii U updates that came out from the event (so far) were from publisher Ubisoft. ONM Editor-In-Chief Chandra Nair tells Nintendo fans to keep faith because the ‘good stuff’ is coming soon. Chandra didn’t specify, however, whether the news will be related to Wii U or Nintendo 3DS.
“Keep the faith nintendo fans. You won’t see much at gamescom other than ubi updates but the good stuff IS just around the corner”

“At the moment there are no plans for a Wii U version [of Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2]. But never say never. It’d be cool, wouldn’t it?”

According to Official Nintendo Magazine editor Chandra Nair, there are loads of unannounced third-party content for Wii U. Nair says that his favorite part from last month’s E3 was finding out about all the third-party Wii U games that weren’t revealed to the public. Nair thinks that we will hear plenty of third-party announcements for Wii U at Gamescom or TGS.
“It’s actually a moment I cant talk about, because my favourite bit of E3 was finding out about all the cool third party stuff that’s coming for the Wii U, which they decided not to talk about, which was awesome. So I just want to say yeah, there’s loads of third party stuff coming which I reckon we might see at Gamescom, or we might see at TGS, but its coming. That was my favourite bit because everyone was saying ‘No one’s bringing out anything for Wii U,’ and I saw some cool things.”
