The Legend Of Zelda: Four Swords Anniversary Edition is now available to download on the Nintendo 3DS eShop and Nintendo DSiWare on the Nintendo DSi. The Legend Of Zelda: Four Swords is absolutely free to download the celebrate the 25th anniversary of The Legend of Zelda. Enjoy!

As part of the The Legend of Zelda 25th Anniversary celebrations play the classic Zelda 2D multiplayer adventure, The Legend of Zelda™:Four Swords Anniversary Edition with up to three other players, by connecting your Nintendo DSi, Nintendo DSi XL or Nintendo 3DS wirelessly – work together to rescue Princess Zelda after Link splits into four with the help of the Four Sword. However, unlike the original Game Boy Advance version, it is now possible to play the game in a brand new way as a single player. It is even possible to independently control “each” Link by selecting either of them using the L or R Buttons.

    1. Still not up in Minnesota. Its almost 10am. Man I’m a geek. I had a Zelda related dream last night in which I had to hide the red link from the CIA… It’s a good thing I’m already married or I’d never get a woman… ;)

    1. After this one (which I haven’t played) the only remaining ones I haven’t played are Oracle and Ages. I hope both come to the VC at some point!

  3. Just played this today new levels are awesome! It was up in the 25th anniversary section of the eshop for those waiting for it but I’m in aus so it’s almost the 29th here.

  4. Also it blows, I have a 3DS and a DSi, but I can’t play together between the two because I got my DSi in Japan. I wish they would make it so they could play together, not like a language barrier really stops you from playing the game.

    1. True, Europe is getting everything first. Nintendo forgot NA and Australia and is now forgeting Japan.

      FEEL OUR PAIN EUROPE :(

          1. I think its up to region settings your using really. If you have your region settings on US, you get everything US gets. But if you’ve got AU on. Then you get everything AU gets. Is that true?

  14. DARN. E-shop is not available in South America. We’ve been forgotten by Nintendo. :,(
I want to play 4swords on my new 3DS.

      1. You can change region settings on 3DS, so you connect to a diffrent E shop so if your in South america, can you change to USA?

          1. You can give it a go and see if it works, just pick canada and don’t pick a state may work. Would Nintendo do anything though? I changed residence to different countries and they had different stuff, didn’t effect me or has anyone done it and got their 3DS blocked?

            It should be fine.

  15. it’s awzome you can have over 999 ruphees i have 1059 right now

    ps:yes i know i spelled rupees wrong (i meant to :p )

      1. The Legend of zelda (Origional) And Zelda 2 was on NES, and was a part of the ambassador program for people who baught the 3DS before the price cut.

        I presume he has them.

      1. Not in USA but i’m in Europe.

All my friends may have been put off by the Sun storys. The Sun is a tabloid paper which brainwashes people with fake stuff. They said fake things about the 3DS.

I think my friends have read it because they say the 3DS makes you wear glasses, I don’t wear glasses and Just turn the 3D off if you don’t want it is what i say back.
