Those of you that bought two high-profile European Nintendo 3DS games from November 1st and registered them on Club Nintendo should be receiving a code entitling you to a free copy of 3D Classics: Kid Icarus. Here’s a list of the games that you would have needed to have purchased to be eligible for the free download of Kid Icarus:

The original press release I received came from Nintendo UK, but I hear the offer is available in the rest of Europe as well. Not sure if Nintendo of America is doing a similar promotion as I didn’t get a press release from them last month.

Yes, you have until January 31st to register games. They are just sending codes for those who already have register at least 2 of the games shown in this post.

I registered three games (Zelda, Mario Kart, Mario Land 3D) before the deadline – still no code. I’m not going to hold my breath, though. I’m amazed I managed to even register those games at al!l The Club Nintendo site (at least the one we get in the UK) is seriously messed up. And Support? What’s that?
Last year, 8000 points were wiped off my account in one fell swoop (they were not due to expire), I emailed Support but got no response. I’ve tried numerous times to register Bowser’s Inside Story; I get to about the third page of that damned survey before the Waluigi error page strikes! So I tried to contact Support and even that threw up the Waluigi page! Sorry this turned into a slightly OT rant but I’m just so…Gah! *dies*
