Mario Kart 7 and Super Mario 3D Land for Nintendo 3DS were two of the best-selling games in December according to NPD figures released today. Mario Kart 7 was the fourth best-selling game in the United States and Super Mario 3D Land was the ninth best seller.

Actually its pretty sad, i mean great for nintendo, it shows they can compete with multi plat when using mario, but damn sony and microsoft exclusives arent even there.

I guess you didn’t see, E-X-C-L-U-S-I-V-E-S. And how is that sad, what about the great and amazing (and not-even-in top 30) Vita games? (You can’t say Vita games came out too late in the month since that’s what happened to SS and yet that game still managed to land a spot in November.)
Only problem: The Vita hasn’t been released in America yet! These are the best selling games in America, and the Vita isn’t out there ’til February.

Super Mario 3d land was the middle of November and Mario kart 7 the begining of December…..that’s still pretty good glad to see nintendos games and skyrim on that list it’s nice to see an rpg selling so well only problem I have is Zelda isn’t on there it deserves more sales…I hope kid Icarus and resident evil keep the 3ds momentum up in q1 of 2012.
It would be on there as no. 10 if the list had multi-platform games separately (i.e. Just Dance 3 Wii and Just Dance 3 XBox being treated as different games etc)

If you are nostalgic I recommend you don’t buy it. I’d probably give you a heart-attack from all the awesomeness.
Its ok, but it has a slow start, and the special levels are just the same levels but harder, it doesnt mean the levels suck, but it wouldve been better if the le els were different (its also on the short side)
so i recomend buying it if your a true mario fan, if not just wait.
