Machinima has uploaded a new trailer for the forthcoming Super Mario Bros. Crossover 2.0. The Flash game lets players play through Super Mario Bros levels with various NES characters such as Samus Aran and Mega Man. The latest version which is due this quarter allows you to play as Luigi and Bass, and includes skins for nearly every character and also includes skins for levels, allowing you to play through the game in SNES or GB style.

My pet frog died today… :( I loved him so much, and now that he’s dead, I can`t stop crying. :'( My family doesn`t care, they think a frog isn`t anything special, but to me he was. I remember the day before I found him, I had a dream of encountering him. The next morning when I headed to school, the he was, behind the vending machine. I could`ve sworn he had a radiant light around him, a special kind of glow almost advising me that THIS was indeed that very same frog I had a dream of the previous night. I, of course, adopted him and named him ‘Jumpy’. I had him with me for a little over a year. I fed him, bathed him, read him bedtime stories, sang to him, talked to him about my problems… the way he looked at me seemed like he understood what I was saying. :( I can`t get over his death. I just can`t! It`s going to take awhile before I can eat or sleep peacefully again. :'( No one understands my pain but me.

Sorry about your frog….. I had a fish I felt the exact same way about. He lived for about a year. Which is rare since fish don’t really live that long do they? It was a sad sad day for me when he died. So I understand your pain perfectly. But as you can see from the pricks above, This really isn’t the place to post that.

haha this is great :) Funny how such a simple idea for a game is a timeless classic. Can play Super Mario Bros. over again without feeling bored. The new skins idea is quite cool.

It’s curious that even in SNES style, Mega Man’s sprite looks like his NES sprite, instead of his MM7 sprite. Anyways, which these characters’ large movepool, that alone is enough to wholly change the gameplay of this eternal classic. Can’t wait to give it a try.
