Crytek, the development studio behind the gorgeous Crysis franchise, has announced that it plans to reveal a ‘absolutely fantastic’ new project next month. The developer wouldn’t provide any hints, but there’s got to be a chance it’s TimeSplitters 4, which is rumoured to be in development for Wii U.
“The other project looks absolutely fantastic – I mean, genuinely the best of that kind of project we’ve ever done.”
“It looks spectacular, the team are doing really, really well and it’s just really nice to see the team really enthusiastic about what they’re doing. They’re really happy.”

TimeSplitters? I’ve never heard it, but I’ll check it out later. Crysis is an awesome game developer, I hope they don’t dissapoint.

I hope your kidding. Timesplitters was made by some of the Goldeneye/Perfect Dark team when they left Rare after it was bought by Microsoft. They are fantastic games that do a great job of continuing the familiar addictive gameplay that made Goldeneye and Perfect Dark so great. Since they are last gen games they should be cheap. I highly recommend it!

Its confirmed Nintendo announced that Wii u would have very similar graphics to the Xbox 360 on par so its sad I know :[ it was confirmed yesterday by regi look it up on youtube interviews and google…

It was said by Sega and Nintendo and Gear Box that the wii U is 50% more POWERFUL then PS3/360… otherwise if it was weeker graphics it would be 50% weeker. Click below for CLEAR evidence.

Also Gearbox (Developer of Aliens) has said that the Wii U version of the game has better texture resolution then the PS3/360 version of the game, so that means the Wii U must be more powerful to run the game better then PS3/360.

However that was the prototype, Nintendo could increase the power just because of stuff about Unreal Engine 4 but Nintendo will unleash the full power of the final type of Wii U.
We already know 20% of the Wii U… We don’t even know the 80% as Nintendo said.
Anyway why would a company release a console which is weaker then the last gen? Wii was more powerful then PS2 and GC which made it a current Gen.

THE only FPS series i like, what ever platform it launches on, (if its a next gen) it will decide what system i get first, if its multi plat, even better.

i want to see what they can do with map editors like they did with the other 2 TS games. give us the ability to use the screen to make some unique multiplayer maps…
