Disney’s Epic Mickey: The Power of Two was announced for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Wii, but producer Warren Spector neglected to mention a Wii U version. Spector says that the reason why they haven’t announced the game for Wii U is due to the fact that Junction Point had already started developing Epic Mickey 2 for Wii when Wii U was announced.
“We’ve certainly thought about it. It”s a really interesting piece of hardware. Unfortunately, we were already too far into development by the time it was announced. So there’s just no way we could get it out by the time Wii U launches. “I mean, who knows what’s going to happen in the future? But for right now, there are no plans. There is all sorts of fun stuff we could do with that controller, though.”

Please Warren Specter, had we given a fuck about the 2011 E3 when u said the Wii Epic Mickey was “epic” think of all the mediocre content it had. I honestly cannot see another Epic micky possibly compete with other big name titles. If Junction point wants a True epic micky. It needs to be at the Batman arkam City/ Assasin Creed level…..wich at this point is not being seen.
Not surprising given the Wii U is coming this year and Epic Mickey 2 is probably also being released around the same time.

The games developers know that its low-budget shit and wont sell…
If its such a brilliant game, they would have no problem spending a little money on porting it to Wii U and other consoles.
They just wont spend anymore money on this game because they know damn well it wont shift units.
