The Star Trek game based upon the new film could be coming to Wii U, with the game set to be released on “all major home consoles” sometime during early 2013. Brian Miller, senior vice president and producer at Paramount Pictures has told IGN that the company is looking to bring the game to all “platforms that make sense”.
“We are exploring right now all of our options to get on the platforms that make sense. It’s early. Good thing we have a lot of time to figure that out, and over the next few months we’ll be able to announce a few more things.”

Not really; it just happens to be set in the continuity of he new movies. But all Star Trek games are series or movie tie-ins, and there’s been plenty of good ones.

Hopefully its good…… Star Trek games tend to suck ( shame really though there have been a few decent ones)…. Plus its gonna capitolize off a movie sooo yea… I’ll wait and see.
It’s not as common as people would like that video games based on movies are actually good but if this is a good game I guarantee you that every Trekie with a game console will pay full price for this. Maybe more if they are really crazy fan boys. I’ll at least check it out if it looks good.
