Although pre-ordering the Wii U is not yet available at any retailer, Best Buy is offering to remind you when you can pre-order the console. All you need to do is enter your e-mail address on their site and they’ll send you a notification once pre-ordering for the Wii U becomes available.

Here in Mexico, there’s some retailers called “Gamers” and is letting you pre-order WiiU just by paying $500 Mexican Pesos (around 35 Dlls).
OK firstly, most retailers in the UK have been doing this for months, since last E3 in fact. Secondly, that’s probably the most misleading headline ever:
“Pre-order the Wii U from Best Buy.”

GameStop was taking e-mail addresses for a while, but I don’t know if they’re going to do anything about it. I’ll go in after E3 and pre-order, that’s pretty much when they hinted they’d be doing pre-orders. Though if Wal-Mart does pre-orders (unlikely) I’ll do it there, cos I’d probably get my discount on it! Pretty excited for it though!

I buy my games from Best Buy, not Gamestop. That’s where I picked my Cosmo Black 3DS up back in the day when it was 250.
I’ll probably do the same for Wii U.
i can rember going into the shop at midnight for my 3ds it was so cool i don’t think i get to sleep till 5.00am. i had a store account so pre paid the whole price and spent almost £70 again on games on the day as well.
