Infinity Ward’s next entry in the Modern Warfare franchise may use Epic’s next generation Unreal Engine 4. The Official Xbox Magazine reports that the development studio is currently hiring people with different expertise to work on the engine which will allow for “large complex destruction sequence simulations” similar to those found in EA’s Battlefield series.
Infinity Ward is done with the MW franchise. they’re going to move on to bigger and better things in the CoD series. if they continue with the MW series then they are just milking it for what its worth and its already going to be milked with Call of Duty at the front of its name.

I honestly kind of doubt it, since if th Wii U can’t handle the Unreal Engine 4 and its supposedly about 50% more powerful than the Xbox 360/PS3, then wouldn’t that mean the latter couldn’t run Modern Warfare 4? Considering the consoles where 90% of Call of Duty games are sold on, it seems unlikely Activision would go back and basically make the game a PC exclusive…
