Nintendo of America announced last week that Kirby’s Dream Collection: Special Edition will be coming to North America in September, but they wouldn’t reveal exactly which Kirby titles will be on the disc. Well, Nintendo Japan has now confirmed that the following games will come with Kirby’s Dream Collection: Special Edition, along with a special soundtrack CD and booklet.
- Kirby’s Dream Land (Game Boy)
- Kirby’s Adventure (NES)
- Kirby’s Dream Land 2 (Game Boy)
- Kirby Super Star (SNES)
- Kirby’s Dream Land 3 (SNES)
- Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards (N64)

They’ll probably be emulated with no added improvements. In other words, they will be presented as they originally were, which is NOT in wide screen.

i play the mario 25th game and its not wide screen, compare to the vc games ver there widescreen.

I do love how the games included are the first six in the history of Kirby games. Everything else minus Amazing Mirror can be currently bought for Wii and DS. This is going to be great.

Too bad there aren’t any newer ones, but the fact that it has Kirby the Crystal Shards is good enough! That game has the best gameplay of any Kirby game, mixing powers should be in every Kirby game!

To be fair they already have a Zelda Collection for Gamecube with 4 of those games. But it’d definitely be cool if they released a portable collection with Oracle of Seasons, Ages, Link to the Past, and Link’s Awakening DX. Though it’d have to be on 3DS, and I don’t think they’d remaster those in 3D.
