Dragon Quest X ‘Kids Time’ Detailed

Dragon Quest X will be the first game in the series that requires a subscription fee. Square Enix announced ‘Kids Time’ a couple of months ago, which is specifically for kids who can’t pay a subscription fee but anyone can participate during the time period. In Japan, any Dragon Quest X user can play for free during weekdays from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. and on weekends from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. The game will be released in Japan on Wii August 2nd.

    1. They did announce there was a single-player mode, but that only lasts till up until a certain point in the game.

  3. Calm down guys. Remember that Monster Hunter 3 Tri had a subscription fee in Japan but didn’t carry the fee over to the West. The same could happen for Dragon Quest X. Anyways they do have a time where you can get online for free which is awesome too.
