Mass Effect 3 external producer, Melanie Faulknor, has revealed that the Wii U version of the game will include exclusive weaponry and also allow players to experience the original Mass Effect and Mass Effect 2 through an interactive Dark Horse comic. Faulknor also explained that the Mass Effect team didn’t want to go too far out there with Mass Effect on Wii U and just include additional features just for the sake of having new features.
“One of the things we’ve got for Mass Effect on Wii U is a Dark horse interactive comic that allows players to play through the first two games through comic screens, just like if you were reading a comic book,” she said. “You play through the story and it will bring up conversation options that allow you to choose where you want to direct the story.”

ME3 will probably be fun. The only problem I have with it is… it’s the end of a trilogy.
Yeah but good we get the comics of Mass Effect 1 and 2 so we’ll know the story and that the choices we make in the comics will impact how Mass Effect 3 begins. Personally, at the same time, I thought it be better if they just made Mass Effect Trilogy.

I don’t think this will be the default action. In the final version of the Wii U, the “Home”-Button will work more like the pendant on the 3DS.
Maybe its like tap/hold function. Tap/hold to change to screens and the other to enter the miiverse menu ect.
