I believe the price will most likely be $299-$349 in US, and probably $449-$499 AU. Australian prices are usually well over the US ones, like the PS3 which launched at almost $1000 here.

Odds are we will be getting this console for anywhere up to $200 more than you, and it’s games will cost twice as much. Feel lucky.

I really don’t think it’s going to cost that much. Nintendo has stated numerous times that they have learned their lesson with the 3DS pricing and will be very aggressive. I think I may be the only one that believes that Nintendo WiiU will actually cost a lot LESS than people are thinking.
