- Nintendo 3DS software sales increased by more than 68 percent over sales in July.
- Nintendo 3DS hardware sales increased by more than 36 percent over sales in July.
- The No. 1 and No. 2 top-selling software SKUs for the month are both exclusive to Nintendo 3DS. New Super Mario Bros. 2 sold more than 240,000 units to finish No. 1, and Kingdom Hearts 3D [Dream Drop Distance] from Square Enix sold more than 180,000 copies to finish No. 2.

The average television size is too small to see all the details in 4k, development costs would go through the roof developing for 4k, we cannot broadcast in 4k, we sell movies in 4k, and the PS4 won’t be powerful enough to display 4k images. The only people who would really need 4k televisions are film production houses so that they can see view their footage at its native resolution while editing. Hell, 4k isn’t even the standard resolution for film projectors in America its 2k. So the PS4 won’t be 4k compatible.

Glad the 3DS is doing well. As someone who owned a DS pretty much at day 1, i enjoyed it alot, even when it was that ugly brick xD but i did get a DS lite.
But im enjoying my 3DS much much more than i enjoyed my DS, and we havent even seen an original Zelda or Metroid yet :D
