Team Ninja has announced that Dead or Alive female brawler Ayane will feature as a Wii U exclusive playable character in Ninja Gaiden 3: Razors Edge. Team Ninja came under quite a bit of criticism for the original Ninja Gaiden 3 on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. The development team has said that to resolve this they have been working closely with Nintendo to create the experience that Ninja Gaiden fans deserve.
I hope this game is suprisingly awesome. It could be a real suprise , you never know .

As someone who played Ninja Gaiden 2 and 3, this game does look like true Ninja Gaiden 3. There was alot of things wrong with the ps3/360 version, that have now been fixed, amd now we have extra characters with her own story, and moveset, which is awesome. I’ll be picking this game up.
And the violence is at a sheer maximum , which is always good news.
the wiiu has a few ‘mature’ games at launch to put the sock in mouth of the haters..

I’ve heard the game sucks on PS3 and 360, but what are the complaints about?
God, where to start haha
•Limited to just the sword, in past NG you had a bunch of weapons that were all different, and had different play styles and variety.
•Ninpo (magic) was pretty much gone
•Limb desmemberment, which is a staple of this new series, was gone, and enemies dont crawl on the ground like they did in 1 & 2 when you chop their legs off xD
•Difficulty, also famed in NG, was gone, way too easy.
The WiiU version fixes all of that.

Well, thanks for the replies, both of you. I was finding it weird, since I’ve seen so much interesting stuff and amazing graphics on the Wii U version that I got confused. Well, if they fix all of that, gamers won’t care if it’s a port or not, it’s gonna be a success (hopefully)!

I liked Other M, but the lack of freedom and recovery items not being dropped after you defeat an enemy, and the melancholic Samus made me think they could’ve done better. The graphics and gameplay were amazing, and I hope they work on another Metroid title for the Wii U, as long as those three mistakes above are avoided!
Ayane truly deserves the very best. I’m glad that she is a playable character in the Wii U version of Razor’s Edge. Two important thumbs up to Team Ninja and Nintendo. Looking forward to play the dismemberment version of Ninja Gaiden 3– Razor’s Edge.
