Ubisoft president Yves Guillemot has told Polygon that they want their Wii U titles on the eShop as soon as the option is available to third-party developers. Guillemot also said that they plan to have their Uplay online service on Wii U sometime after launch. The company is currently is discussion with multiple retail outlets to allow them to sell download codes for full retail games.
I know Ubisoft always support new hardware but they really seem to love the Wii U which is great for us.
They should of at least ported far cry 3 over.

Ubisoft have the same thinking that i do and that is that we nintendo fans have a big third party hunger and if we see even just 1 company backing them we are going to support that company, after all many third party have left genre on wiiu open for the taking and thats what i see ubisoft doing conquering those genres

That’s always good, but I’m getting the ZombiU bundle and I have Rayman on preorder, so I won’t be getting any more of their games any time soon.
Those are their biggest games for the system, so I think they’ll be happy with that. 2 games per person, that’s fine by them. Heck, even 1 would be good enough. I’m lined up for AC3 myself, but the rest of my money has to go across the board. NG3:RE and Darksiders2 are 2 other games I’ve been pumped for for ages. This is gonna be a good gaming season =D

There was a video chat with Warren Spector and someone asked that same question. He said he couldn’t do it because he now works for Disney and they wouldn’t approve it.
