Bioware has just confirmed that the next instalment of the highly regarded Mass Effect franchise will use DICE’s Frostbite engine. Details on the game are fairly scarce as expected, and it isn’t yet known whether the game will be for current generation consoles, or next generation consoles. BioWare Montreal studio director Yanick Roy had the following to say about Mass Effect 4.
The game “will be built with the amazing technology of Frostbite as its foundation” and that it will be “enhanced by many of the systems that the Dragon Age III team has already spent a lot of time building.”
The game “will be very respectful of the heritage built over the course of the first three games,” but that “with the original trilogy now concluded and the switch over to a new engine, we are exploring new directions, both on the gameplay and story fronts.” However, “you can still expect the pillars the franchise is known for to be fully intact, including diverse alien races, a huge galaxy to explore, and of course rich, cinematic storytelling.”

I hooe you can choose from multiple species in this game. Playing the campaign as a Krogan would be awesome.

You know that’s exactly what’s going to happen. When ME3 doesn’t sell well on Wii U, they’ll use that as an excuse to fuck over Nintendo fans in the future for something that was their own fault.

Then some bitch ass will release a statement saying ”We put ME3 special edition on wiiu and it only sold 100 thou even though it had some superflous touch screen controlls and offered no way near the value of the trilogy. We feel Nintendo fans are more 6 year old and we will ignore the Millions of copies of ZombiU sold.”.
Fucking ass wipes. It’s a little ploy buy EA to try and take their focus away from wiiu becuase they’re butthurt and want to focus on the platforms they feel safe with.
Maybe if they put some effort into their games for US they can sell like Nintendo’s first party games do anywhere up to 35 million copies.

Hey, the multiplayer on ME3 is pretty decent, i actually wish they spent more time on it rather than the story, seeing as its basically one game mode over and over
Mass Effect 4, now with 500% more explosion colours.
I’m still on the fence on whether or not to get Mass Effect 3 on Wii U because of the HD collection. If ME 4 comes to Wii U I will definitely get it. At this point I’m starting to doubt it though.
Just get the collection. As much as I love the wii u $60 for one game or $60 dollars for the same game and 2 more makes sense. If the game sells bad its EAs fault

Mass Effect 3 on the Wii U is more of a treat rather than an intentional plan to put Mass Effect franchise on Nintendo consoles, so don’t expect the next game to appear on the Wii U just because 3 was on it. Mass Effect 3 was not originally a Nintendo thing, and Mass Effect 3 alone does not justify this super sense of entitlement you guys are having with regards to another Mass Effect game on the Wii U.

i see so many comments about if this game dosent sell well on wii u than its all ea and bio ware fault. truth is nintendo fanboys and girls are really just Japanese gamers period so anything made in the west and has very high popularity they single the game out like for example call of duty. because the game is released every year people say it sucks cause its the same game when u can release mario over and over and over again with the same bullshit story peach invites mario to the castle and bowser kidnap her mario saves her and u know the rest. im starting to really not understand my fellow nintendo fans but hey it is what it is.. but im buying mass effect 3 on wii u because i played a bit of it on 360 and i kinda stopped playing it cause i sold my xbox to get a wii u…oh and for people who hate ea for not making games for the WII its really nintendo fault.
How the fuck is Nintendo’s fault, hypocrite? Just because their old game system cannot handle games that are released on their rival consoles, doesn’t automatically mean it’s Nintendo’s fault for bringing third party AAA titles to their new console. Don’t blame Nintendo just because EA had to help them in creating an improved gaming online structure (Nintendo Network). Don’t blame Nintendo for mimicking Xbox 360 graphics. Don’t blame Nintendo just because they were the FIRST to use a touchscreen pad on their new controller. And do not put the blame on Nintendo just because they want to make a powerful game console at very reasonably lower price.

The game wont sell well because you can get the trillogy which includes the same game and the first 2. It is completly EAs fault
