Capcom USA senior vice-president, Christian Svensson, has confirmed that Mega Man will be appearing on both consoles and portable devices in the future. The last game to be released in the series was Mega Man 10 back in 2010 on XBLA, PSN and WiiWare. Lets hope we see the Blue Bomber return on Wii U, which is due to be released November 18th in North America.
“I can say with certainty that you’ve not seen the last of the Blue Bomber on consoles and handhelds, and, with luck, we’ll be celebrating his 50th anniversary, including all of the games you’re going to enjoy over the next 25 years. That said, an issue we’ve had in the past has been talking about games and announcing them before we’re certain they’re going to come out, which unfortunately has lead to profound disappointment for many fans. So for now, I’m going to have to stay mum about any details.”

I would love a bn 7, but the series had a nice ending in 6. There is a game for 7 going on called chrono x which is actually a good one, and i do find battle network the best

Stop canceling MegaMan projects! Every MegaMan wanted Dash/Legends 3, and it was going perfectly fine until Capcom canceled it! If you’re going to bring a game, then actually do it!

At least help co-develop Rockamn Online so that it wouldn’t be cancelled since the Korean developers are having financial issues. I just want to be able to play as X, Zero, Duo, and Cinniamon in an awesome Mega Man MMORPG.

I want a new Mega Man game on Wii U, but NOT another freakin’ download. It’s bad enough Mega Man 9 and 10 were only downloads. GOD I hate when a good game is made, and it’s WiiWare exclusive.
