Renegade Kid Co-Founder Jools Watsham has announced via Twitter that Mutant Mudds Deluxe for Wii U will be arriving during the first quarter of 2013. Watsham says that the game will feature even more content than the Nintendo 3DS version, and may also feature Miiverse support.

Hopefully capcom isn’t dreaming right now but making this game
I want a platforming game to have online-co op! Even though many would disagree, but I LOVED playing online co-op on T6! It was fun, especially with the different items you can unlock! It felt like a REAL RPG-like game! And adding online co-op increases the replay value!
This will be a definite buy for me. I’ve played the demo of this game on the 3DS, and I loved it so much.
