The Zombi U Deluxe package that Europeans were able to purchase during the Wii U launch looks to be coming to Canada, if two retail listings prove to be correct. Best Buy Canada are offering the Nintendo Wii U 32GB ZombiU Deluxe Set Limited Edition for $399.99. The package also apparently comes with Nintendo Land bundled in (which could be a mistake), which wasn’t present in the European ZombiU package. The bundle is supposed to be released on February 17th.

I got the ZombiU deluxe box set on day 1 and I never use the pro controller EVER. I tried it out , it’s comfy and it works great , but the Gamepad is B.E.T.T.E.R .

A Wii U Pro controller AND ZombiU is only a bit better deal than the normal price. Normally it’s $350, so being $400 makes sense when you add the controller. But it’s still a better deal because ZombiU is worth more than Nintendo Land. If Nintendo Land is also bundled in, that’s a steal.
ZombiU is the best game to play for one or two players. I have never had more fun in my life as I have had with Nintnedo Land, while playing with friends!! Often, we were actually six people, so one had to sit and look at all the time!

If you’re seriously not interested in those games, aside from thinking you have a problem, then fine whatever, dont buy a WiiU, but since the N64 you can’t seriously be surprised if Nintendo didnt get third party multiplats, or buy a WiiU thinking it would get them 100%.

I mean, if a multiplat comes to the WiiU and i have a WiiU and a PS4, id buy it for the WiiU depending on the game, and who i want to play it with, or what features it has.
If it was a single player game, thats basically no different on either console, except the ps4 looked better, id pick the ps4 one. But if it was a co-op game, and it had potential for good miiverse features, or included off screen play with the gamepad, id buy it for a WiiU, i mean ive had my ps3 for 3-4 years and ive never owned 2 dualshock controllers, theres no game i want to play co-op with.
But that’s just me buying a multiplat for the WiiU, not the WiiU for a multiplat, exclusives are the only reason id buy a WiiU.
My decision to get a ps3 was based on the fact i wanted the exclusives, PS+ and i’ve own all the previous Playstation consoles, but i couldve easily bought a 360 and played 90% of the games i did.
Exactly , I’ve just been playing these ”Multiplats” or on My wiiu because I can (for once lol) I skipped Darksiders 2 , AC3 , Sonic Racing , NG3 etc so I could have more to play on my Wiiu.
I hope the trend continues , And like you say , depending on the quality of the port , off screen play , etc I will consider it on Wiiu.

I bought a few multiplats on Gamecube like Prince of persia and shit , But 90% of the games I bought were Gamecube exclusive , Same with Snes , N64 , Wii , Wiiu and all the handhelds.
The only multyplats i own on wiiu was vieutyfull joe 2, timespliters, tony hawk and the ocational multyplat that where better on gamecube.

Yes, I will admit Wii U has SOME good games, but overall their not enough to inspire someone to buy the ayatem. $300-350 is too high a price to be asking for the heavily underpowered Wii U, the GamePad is a gimmick, and the third-party support will be very weak.

The original yoshi’s island was actually a very challenging game even though it has a younger audience look to it, so that means nothing. All the cod series look adult but play very childish and are very easy to burn through.

I hope they do a Rayman Legends bundle with the pro controller, i want the pro for co-op games, Ninja Gaiden and Injustice (maybe Tekken).
I got Tekken and it is fun, but lasting appeal is really low… like REALLY low. All the unlockable characters are already unlocked except for one, Unkown is the only unlockable. The story mode is 6 moderately easy levels and their is a really easy arcade mode. Then there is costume design for already existing characters and there is also onlin matchese. Trust me, it gets boring pretty quickly.
I fucking hate it when games have all the characters unlocked from the begining…
It’s like, the replay value of fighting games is solely based on how much of the game you can be bothered to play. It’s just 1-4 player fights, that generally last 3 minutes or less.

The ps3 needs it because it has to install everything, the WiiU. Most retail games are 5GB-14GB, some are 2GB-5GB and eShop/VC are even less so. The least amount of games you could fit on there is 35 games if they were all 14GB. Never at one point would i have 35 games on my harddrive, id just delete the ones i wont play, and if i wanted to play them again, id just redownload it. And thats if you actually bought every game digitally.
And if you bought every game digitally, and didnt want to delete them, you’d have to buy an external HDD anyway.
I’m not trying to have a go at you, it just makes no sense when people whines about a small HDD when they don’t even need it to be big, i can buy a 1TB HDD for about £50, and i don’t even need one above 100GB.

I have a 120GB PS3, and alot of it is taken up by installs, but i also have 70% digital.
I have 4 games installed at the moment and i only play 1-2 of them, theyre just on there.
And i normally delete the install anyway once im done with a disk game, its just people complaining about something that would be an issue on another console, but in reality isn’t one on the WiiU. I wish the HDD was bigger, but only to about 70GB.
I doubt we ‘ll see a solid-state, 500gb soonc but it would be nice!
