Nintendo Australia yesterday announced the release date for Castlevania: Lords of Shadow – Mirror of Fate, which is developed by MercurySteam and is exclusive to the Nintendo 3DS. The action-adventure side-scroller will be released in Australia on March 9th, which is a day after its European release.The game first hits North America on March 5th. Prior to its full release, a free demo of the game will be available for download from the Nintendo eShop.

I’d honestly have to agree with that. The Vita line up is still excellent, bu, the amount of pre orders I have for 3DS compared to Vita …. well … yeah, both great consoles none the less :D I think the WIi U though will start going on a similar roll a bit sooner :P I’m predicting 6-8 months.
Indeed sir. Vita has some promising games coming , but it’s not close to the 3DS line up for this year. No offence to the Vita , But look at what the 3DS has started off with ….. Fire emblem which has been a critical smash.
Luigi’s mansion , Animal crossing , Castlevania , Monster Hunter tri g / 4 , Project X zone , Pokemon Mystery dungeon , Pokemon X and Y , Fire emblem and much much more.
In my opinion no other console comes close to that line up. Not even the milked multiplats of the 360 , lol.

Konami (in my experiences) are pretty good with sticking to release dates. It should be fine :-)
They did hint at HD release though *gasp* . They better do a fucking Wiiu version if they do though :) Am I the only person who’s pretty much not prepared to by any game for an 8 year old console this year except GTAV ? and Ground Zeroes if it releases.
There’s the outside chance they may come to Wiiu and PC.
They’ve already said that they would do a Wii U version of it alongside the others.
Lol at people saying the 3ds is underpower. true it is but having to get games out of the small console sound like they only use there developing brains on handhelds.

After 7-8 years one loses enthusiasm about a console , ya know ? Vita is much more attractive to me just by default of being a new system. 3DS , Wiiu , Vita and PC are already the next gen. People clinging on to their PS3 and 360 is just wierd I think lol.
I actually went PC last gen. ANd to a lesser extent I had a Wii (Xenoblade is just too amazing not to play), I’m happy with my 3DS, Vita, PC, and soon to be Wii U. Depending on what Sony puts into the PS4 is whether I’ll get it at launch. Xbox, well they’d have to do something spectacular for me to be interested in them,

The ps3 and 360 are still great console , that have aged better than the Wii no doubt. But still , i just don’t have any enthusiasm to play them. When I got a 360 and ps3 I was a kid. Now I’m 21 lol. Just seem so old.
