The surprise teaser from the Official Nintendo Magazine was actually Resident Evil: Revelations for Wii U, which was announced a few weeks ago. The information was revealed when subscribers started getting their copies of the magazine through the mail. The magazine features a ten page exclusive on the game which is due to arrive in North America on May 21st, and throughout Europe on May 24th. The publication has confirmed that Resident Evil: Revelations for Wii U will feature off-TV play, and will support the Wii U Pro Controller. You will also be able to use the Wii U GamePad to access quick inventory changes and also gain access to multi-level 3D maps.

  1. It’s great but I’m not buying it untill it’s cheap second hand if at all. I do have this game on 3DS so it would be just stupid to play it again. Unless the graphics are DRAMATICALLY overhauled , not interested.

  2. Really… so that was it…. Call me bored. Official Nintendo Magazine… next time you claim you have some mega news… make sure it is something significant like a Metroid U screen shoots or trailer, Zelda U trailer/Screen shoots, an exclusive Wii U AAA game. Otherwise over hyping an average game at best is pathetic on your part. Talk about trying to sell magazines on fluff.

  3. Pretty sure the ps360 didnt sell well in the first few months, the fsct is wii u games look beyter thsn the ps360 version from lazy ports there inly going get better

  4. It’s been a year since I want to get that along with the 3DS… it was until the game is gonna be available on multiplatforms. It’s a good thing the Wii U version will be as great as the original 3DS counterpart.

  5. Sounds good. For awhile I didn’t think I would have an RE game for my Wii U. I think I’ll rather like the Wii U version of this game.
