Square Enix has announced that the Wii U version of Dragon Quest X: Rise of the Five Tribes Online will launch on March 30 for 6,980 yen in Japan. You’ll be able to purchase the game from both retail outlets or through the Wii U eShop. The game contains 20 days of free play and from there on out you will need to pay. Those Wii owners who own the Wii version of the game will be offered a discounted download version of the game for 3,490 yen.
Square Enix bugs me, this should be released to the rest of the world.
Looks good to me!
ThE penis!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Nintendo/Square “Hey guys let’s release a MMORPG at the END of our last gen system completely ignoring those who bought a Wii U. We are too lazy to build a Wii U game from ground up and we are also very greedy and know you stupid fanboy’s will buy it anyway cause its DQ.”
Nintendo/Square “Hey, let’s scrap a game we already have made that looks amazing (as well as plays amazing according to the critics score in japan) and start all over again on a MMO that will take a few YEARS to build from the ground up instead of just porting it and get on to making the next great installment of the franchise, because if there’s ANYTHING our fans love it’s waiting about 6 years to wait for a game that has been announced!!! (Looking at you VS. XIII.) Lol, penis head is an idiot, and obvious troll.
20 days, not 20 hours….
No, “I” and most people here won’t be able to get it either through retail or eShop.
But, if you have to pay for the game…. You’re not REALLY getting ’20’ ANYTHING ‘free’ surely.
This game can’t come to the U.S. soon enough.
