Here Are 15 Minutes Of Footage From The Legend Of Zelda: Oracle Of Ages On Nintendo 3DS

Tilmen from Nintendomination has uploaded 15 minutes of footage from The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages. The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons and Oracle of Ages, both of which were developed by Capcom and originally released in 2001 for the Game Boy Color, launched today on the Nintendo 3DS Virtual Console in Japan. Although Nintendo hasn’t given a release date yet, both games are coming to the Nintendo 3DS Virtual Console in North America.

  1. I’m really looking forward to this. These games were played a ton during my childhood. Looking forward to finally beating them. :)

  2. I never had the chance to play this games. Hope they make like a bundle for a lower price or something like that. If not I’m ok too.

    1. The trading and battling aspects of those games become really hard to manage when turning them into eShop games, they have to rework the communications programming to get it working properly.

  3. I wonder if the eShop versions will be able to communicate with each other in the same way the original games did?

    1. If I remember correctly the only form of ‘communication’ was a password you received in one game and entered into the other. There was no link cable connection…
