lego_city_undercover_dinosaur

New screenshots released by developer Travellers Tales show that lead protagonist Chase McCain can actually ride a dinosaur in the vast LEGO City Undercover which is exclusive to Wii U. You can also see him in his fireman disguise and flying a helicopter in some of the other screens released. The game which takes roughly 40 to 50 hours to complete is due for release on March 18th in North America and March 28th in Europe and Australia.

  1. The title is very misleading. It is a mechanical dinosaur skeleton! I was totally thinking of Yoshi when I read the headline lol

    1. I didn’t think of Yoshi at all. If it was about Yoshi it would have said Yoshi… I DID think that the dinosaur was going to be a T-Rex, only one that was alive not a skeleton. That was kind of the misleading part.

  3. Except for the first two lego star wars games I have hated the lego series, think they’ve been an overused gimmick to shove into what ever big franchise they could find. (lego rock band seriously).
And yet im actually really starting to look forward to this…..I can’t believe i just said that about a lego game, it’s not based on an existing franchise and it looks to be different and alot of fun to play. Febuary has had a drought of wii u games but between this and monster hunter ultimate should keep me pretty busy until pikmin and the rest of the big games come out.
Only big gripe so far is the lack of co-op seems a weird thing to keep out considering the lego games have always seemed to have a big focus on co-op, but I can see they’re reasoning, hopefully the sequel can be buddy cop style XD.
