Namco Bandai Games Comments On Spelling Error On Naruto Powerful Shippuden’s Box Cover

Naruto_Powerful_Shippuden_charactersNamco Bandai Games says it’s aware that there is a spelling error on some of the printed box covers for Naruto Powerful Shippuden, which launches next week for the Nintendo 3DS. The publisher assures consumers that the spelling error will be revised for additional pressings of the game, and to players who receive one of the flawed covers and want it replaced, Namco Bandai Games will be providing printable replacement labels online.

“NAMCO BANDAI is aware of the labeling error for Naruto Powerful Shippuden. The spelling will be corrected for additional pressings of the game and we are currently working on an online solution to provide a printable replacement label for all our customers who would like to replace their box covers.”

    Wait, who would want a paper one that was printed? The normal ones are all shiny and pretty =3

    1. On another note, who would want to get rid of the spelling error covers. Errors like that make for collectibles.

  2. Gaming at it’s best. Nice that the company humbled itself and apologized :). imagine the confusion some people will get when the get the misspelt copy, without knowing about Namco Bandai’s press statement.
