  1. The Wii shop was a bit poo poo apart from a few gems , but the Wiiu eshop is shaping up to be modern and brilliant and I for one am excited about downloading many indie games off it in the future.

    1. Making more pointless comments about games that you haven’t even played?… again?… nothing impressive from you son.

  2. N-Unit has his penis in nintedwards bleeding vagina

Weak u will fail only nintenvirgins would buy this shovelware.

    1. Internet rule 001:
When “Person A” names “Person B” and virgin of any description in an attempt to insult them there is a 99% chance that “Person A” is also still a virgin.

    1. comparing a console store that have 4 months in service, with a PC store… (ohh yeah btw steam have almost 10 years in service, did you know that son?) what you want to prove here?. ugh…, just another pointless comment. your argument= Invalid.

      1. Lord of the Nintendo Haters

I am most likely older than you, so calling me “son” is neither humorous nor clever.

        1. You may be older then him, but you are less mature then him. Say your some 40 year old man well then I guess you come on this site cause you are having a mid life crysis.

            1. Nothing wrong with that! But if a 40 year old man goes to a Nintendo Site just to make himself feel better, than there’s something wrong…

    2. Well no shit, Steam has been around longer than any digital platform really. You’d be worried if Steam wasn’t better.

  3. I have to say there isn’t anything there that lights my fire, but I’m hopeful that this is just the beginning.

  4. Lord of the Nintendo Haters

Wii gay! Wii gay! Wii gay!
If you play da Wii, that means you’re gay!
N-Dub Nation is fucking gay, he play dat shit e’ry day!

    1. Why is the word “gay” used so often as an insult? Haven’t ignorant assholes learned that not everyone is the same and even gay people are people too. Everyone is equal no matter who they are, black, white, ginger mentally challenged, physically challenged, asian, hispanic, straight, bi, gay… all equal.

      1. Because humanity has progressively become dumber as time went on. Remember when gay meant happy? Now it’s something awful apparently.

        1. Lord of the Nintendo Haters

Oh yeah cause gays were treated so nicely throughout history. Fucking idiot, only people like you are getting progressively dumber.

      2. Its not even an insult anymore. Most of the world excepts gay. But people who still use it as an insult are just making themselves look like an idiot.

        1. Lord of the Nintendo Haters

Most of the world excepts gay? Wrong! Even your own country (USA) doesn’t except gay!

    2. You seriously claim to be an adult?
You must be borderline retarted or something?
Try to stay in school son, in deep down, you know its best for you.

  5. If only there were news about when Cloudberry is coming to the Wii U, I donated to the Kickstarter months ago and I’m still waiting on my free copy.

  6. There are more than a few great games on this list. I could easily end up buying 5 games off it.

    These trolls are pathetic.

    1. Indeed. Cloudberry Kingdom and Mutant Mudds catch my eye. I haven’t even looked into the other games yet. I am sure there are others I would like to buy.

    2. They’re damage-controlling.
A few months back they were all claiming that not even Indie devs would support the Wii U, and now they’re swallowing their own bitter words.

    1. It’s spelled Cryamore, just FYI.
And, yeah, I’m looking forward to that game as well.
I actually attended the celebratory online chat with the dev team on the day that the kick-starter finally closed its donation doors.
It was a blast. The team drew more concept art and gave us a ton of info that hadn’t been mentioned before then.
The composer of the team even played some pieces from the game for us, in addition to a few fan favorites from other series.[I requested Frog’s theme from Chrono Trigger and she played it for us. Manly tears were shed.]

With a team that passionate, I can’t help but feel that this game is going to be an overwhelmingly crucial gem in the E-shops of all 3 of the systems that it is coming to.
      I eagerly await its release.^_^

        1. Well . At first I thought it was another childish article about this stupid console war ,, but after reading it , it is a quite good article . In fact it has been a long time since I read an intelligent fact stating article like this one .

          1. Same as me, then.
At first I dismissed it with a smirk, but then I read through it, and he makes some damned good points.
I got a good chuckle out of how he was putting Pachter in his place so easily, too.

    1. Incredible but true

You’d praise them till your dying day if they were on every system except Nintendo. I’d bet money on it.

  7. and dark soul devil may cry diablo 3 tomb raider and more i bored no play wii u after 1 weekend only ninja gaiden :(

    1. These are not AA or AAA tittles, they are indie games.

I have to tell you… I’m from a generation that didn’t matter how many ”A”s the tittle was, or how big was the scale of the world, we just played. I’m having a blast with Bit Trip Runner 2 on my WiiU, I don’t care if it is an indie tittle, It’s fun and I play for HOURS. A lot of AAA games didn’t catch my interest like that, no matter how they looked pretty.

I mean, If you are expecting AAA tittles to have fun, you have to rethink what are games, or why do you play it. because mainstream games only means people with bigger budgets, sometimes I prefere replaying sonic the hedgehog 2 than playing the new and ”everybody-is-playing” COD.

      just saying…

  8. I have to look for videos of some games of these games, I wasn’t expecting so many tittles on the eshop so soon. The future of Eshop looks briliant! hope it gets as many indie tittles as Steam.

  9. I’m looking for Demon Tribe, Oliver and Spike: Dimension Jumpers and The 90′s Arcade Racer. Probably Unepic too. :)

  10. Many of these looks quite good. But TWO BROTHERS is the one I’m most looking forward too. (Even if I keep getting the title mixed up with the upcoming iOS game Other Brothers.)

  11. It’s great to see this amount of support from Indie Developers even if all of these games won’t be good, maybe bigger 3rd Party Developers could take a note from this and start supporting the Wii U more like Ubisoft currently is with ZombiU, Assassin’s Creed, Rayman and Watch Dogs etc.
