Deus EX Human Revolution Wii U Is Based On Player Feedback

Emile Pedneault, one of the game designers working on Deus Ex: Human Revolution Directors Cut, has revealed that the newly revamped game and its boss fights are all down to player feedback. Pedneault says that the team has listened closely to the fans gripes with the original game – which was released back in 2011 – and have come up with the new and improved Directors Cut.

“We listen to feedback, 80% of everything that is new in the Wii U version is based upon what players had to say, and we know that the boss fights got the biggest criticism.”

    1. ^this, and not just by lowering Link’s health like in Skyward’s hero mode. I want better AI and attack routines

  1. the game is o.k idk if I am going to buy the game again just to have the good version. I hope they fix the ending and put more quests out side the main story.

    1. It is a stealth-action game. You can go guns blazing the whole game, or stealth around and beat the game only killing the bosses.

      1. Kinda closer to Fallout 3 really. With the hacking and the different varieties of play, it has great replay ability.

    2. It’s not a sandbox game and Human Revolution is a different beast to Watch Dogs. Since Watch Dogs isn’t out, I can’t say which one to get – but Deus Ex is a good game.

  2. This game never looked interesting to me (even on the other consoles), I’m passing on this one. I wish it would have been a different Square Enix title :/

    1. Well… when it comes to Square Enix titles… theres not really anything better, only newer.
      Great games though.

  3. Unless they made the bosses insanely harder…. It’s not worth it.

I mean the game was great but you could OHK every boss…..

    1. Its a test game guys. If you don’t support it, you can kiss square-enix goodbye. Wii U 3 party support is looking grim. Do you guys want more awesome square-enix games on nintendo home consoles? Yes or no? Then buy the game.

      1. Square-Enix’s games are not exciting anywayz. I don’t play Final Fantasy, I don’t play Kingdom hearts, or Dragon Quest, I could care less about Square-Enix. Not exciting at all.

        1. Same, I don’t really care for Square Enix much. The only Square game i’ve played is Mario RPG on the VC.

        2. That’s YOU. What about all the other millions of gamers that like square’s games?
          The more support the better!!!!!

      2. Last month the Wii U enjoyed it’s best month since December :). Only January and short February did the Wii U lack games. It had games on the e-shop, games that were better and are better than the awful Crysis 3. Monster hunter 3 Ultimate alone is worth 20 games. It has something for every one. Even us Mac-PC and nintendo gamers.

    1. Don’t downplay them, this way they too are buying a Wii U for nintendo first party titles which are always classic. Plus they will play Deux EX human revolution directors cut with all enhancements. All shall benefit from this.

  4. Never played it but it looks very good. I’ll get it for sure?
    Thank you, Square Enix/Eidos!
Is there an official release date?

    1. Patience, wonderful 101. Bayonetta 2 is more or less now a nintendo IP. Other games, X from Monolith. Whatever Mistwalker is working on. There is a flood of games coming to the Wii U. They question you should ask, is will we have enough money to buy all the great games coming?

      1. I’ll believe Bayonetta as an IP of Nintendo’s if Platinum packages the first game along with the second one.

    1. I’m sorry but I absolutely do NOT want that in the next Smash. It would take all the fun away if every hardcore player online had the ability to play so roughly. It should be fair to players who wouldn’t be able to pull off infinite combos like that.

      1. Jellybean, you should give Zen Pinball 2 a try. So far, I’ve purchased the Marvel Avengers pack along with Plants vs Zombies. You should see my high scores in PvZ and Infinity Gauntlet.

  8. To put music on the Motorola Tundra you will first need to acquire a Micro – SD card.

In order to set the PIN for the Zebra EM220 portable receipt printer, you will need to use Zebras Label Vista program which you can download from
the Zebra website (. The camera is also equipped with geo-tagging which, thanks to GPS will tag the location
at which a photo was taken which can in turn be viewed on a map.
