Nintendo has confirmed that the Wii U will be receiving its major spring system update next week. The update will add new functions and implement enhancements to existing ones. One of the most welcome additions it will bring is quicker loading times when switching between applications or returning to the Wii U Menu. It happens with almost every console now days dude. Just wait to see what a clusterfuck the PS4 and next Xbox will be like. I have a bit more confidence in Sony then MS though, MS has been doing OS for 30ish years and still screw the pooch with every new release lol.
Oh, and the OS isn’t all that bad really. It does what it’s supposed to do, and it is very stable. Look at the iPhone 5 release with it’s newest rendition of iOS. People couldn’t even use the phone it was so screwed up.

How about fixing the fucking freezing issue. I’m on my second Wii U, and this fucking thing freezes all the time. But never during games. I heard its because of it piggybacking on an IP address or something.
Do you have high speed internet access? I have no freezing issue right now. I used to have a freezing issue when playing Need for Speed: Most Wanted U, but it’s been fixed thanks to the firmware. BTW, you need to download the firmware and they’ll undo the freezing issue.
