Prolific blogger NintenDaan has managed to get his hands on a Japanese copy of Pokemon Rumble U for the Wii U. Pokemon Rumble U is the successor to the popular Pokemon Rumble Blast on the Nintendo 3DS and it features all Pokemon from the first five generations. Pokemon Rumble U is also the first game to use the Wii U GamePad’s NFC functionality. Consumers will be able to purchase packs of six NFC figures which will cost around $30.
will this have online multiplayer????

I just stared at my trash can for 12 minutes thinking I was watching this. Oh well, looks the same.
Right. I don’t think I’ll ever get into the Rumble series. It looks like it plays so boring.
I’ve only played the Wii one and from my time playing the game it’s a lot of fun. This one does seem to be alittle diferent. The Wii one has different places to move around in like a field and what not. This one is in some kind of arena. I guess what I’m trying to say is don’t judge a book by it’s cover.

(Sigh) Hate to say it, but this looks like a total waste of development time.
Then again, I’m not the demographic they’re aiming at.
These games are usually surprisingly fun! I’ve played the one on the Wii and the one for the 3DS. Each iteration of the game they significantly improve upon the last iteration, so I’m hopeful for this game! Plus, you can still get the pokemon without buying the damn figures for exorbitant amounts of money… you just play the game and win them in game. My oldest son and I have a blast with these games, so, it’s gonna be a buy for me with this one.
I won’t be getting any figures though! That skylanders model garbage is such a ripoff! So, I have to buy more toys that I’m not gonna play with just to be able to play the characters that are already in the game??? No thank you.
