You do know that Wii Fit beat it years before… just saying and did I forget it keeps on selling to this date… yeah this won’t sale the Wii U.
I agree that people will buy MORE Wii Us for Wii Fit U as it’s a Nintendo exclusive, which will use the original balance board which most people already own. However, I still feel that games like this will also help, just like it did on the original Wii.
Not really, since the Wii U is focused on the Wii U gamepad and motion control gaming isn’t much of a big thing anymore which is why Nintendo is not focusing much on Motion controlled gaming much. It will be classified as shovelware in almost everyone’s eyes excluding White Mothers who buy the game to avoid going to the GYM.
Also, notice that the Zumba game in 2011 was during the same time that Motion Controlled gaming was dying. So really I believe that this game won’t help the sales of the Wii U because it will be availble on more cheaper systems (Wii and Xbox 360) so really it won’t sale at all.

Much as I dislike these kinds of games myself, it’d be obtuse to deny that they’re games that help systems sell to people who would otherwise not look into getting the systems.
Microsoft already boosted Wii U sales. We all didn’t know that xbox division had plans to market the Wii U. Nintendo is in a great place, May 2013 is a great month for the N. 3.5 million and more consoles sold. Nintendo is swimming in 3DS cash, the Wii U is selling steady in the 3 main regions. Like Nintendo Commander stated our kingdom is poised always. MICROSOFT OUR top third party.

Anyway, you misread my comment. I said Nintendo made the majority of quality titles on Wii, and it just seems like this is gonna be another one of these cases, with the exception of a few developers like Ubisoft.
So, rather than going all-Nintendo like last generation and missing out on amazing releases that the Wii could not handle, I’m getting a PlayStation 4 so I’m being completely covered.
