The Wii U version of Mutant Mudds, titled Mutant Mudds Deluxe, supports a number of control options. On the Wii U, players be able to control the game’s main protagonist, Max, with one of six methods: Wii U GamePad, Wii U Pro Controller Wii Remote, Wii Remote Plus, Nunchuk combination and Wii Classic Controller.
Mutant Mudds developer Renegade Kid has revealed via Twitter that Mutant Mudds Deluxe will cost $9.99. For comparison’s sake, the original version of the game is priced at $8.99 in the Nintendo eShop on Nintendo 3DS. Mutant Mudds Deluxe launches on June 13th in the Nintendo eShop for Wii U.

How are you able to pre order them when the price hasn’t been annouced?
Companies just use a placeholder price. Like EB Games in Australia has the PS4 & Xbox One at $899. They had the Wii U had $600 (or around there) before the price was announced
Oh well that makes sense. But even for a placeholder price 899 is way to much.
Yeah, they just have to set it high though otherwise they could lose money.
Example: If they set the placeholder as $600, and someone fully paid it off only for it to be announced at $700. You can’t be charged the extra 100. SO they put insanely high and just give you back the difference (if you fully pay it off)
All systems are a $50 pre-order regardless of price.

I think this is where Nintendo are a little confusing. too many different controllers to play on. its good for gamers who have different controllers, but must discourage some devs to develop for nintendo
More options for control is a great thing. Everyone has a control method they prefer. I love that Nintendo has so many. Developers need to utilize them all. Nintendoland proves this.

Well, I think Sakurai needs to make a Game Cube controller adapter that can hook up in the USB port or something and have it come with the game. Super Smash is best with GC controller. Wii Mote sucks, Nunchuck sucks, classic controller sucks. The only good options are Wii U Tablet and Pro Controller. 💋
