Square Enix has revealed at this year’s E3 event that Deus Ex: Human Revolution Director’s Cut will now be coming to Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PC and Mac. The game was originally developed as a Wii U exclusive, but now it appears as though it’s coming to a variety of different formats. Square Enix previously said that the game won’t appear on any other platform.

      1. Your parents must so proud of you. Bad joke doesn’t get any better no matter how much you repeat it.

    1. Uhh hello! is this game coming to the nintendo ds? i want to play deus x on my dsi because i love it and it would be soooo coooool !!! mother has a dslite and wants to play it toooo because she lvoes it. can som1 confirm it pwesase?

  1. Would u be more made if your a ps3 owner and you all ready had paid$60 for the dumb down version…so dont get too mad

        1. Traitor to me implies they were in your court in a major way to begin with, which they never really were. One slightly changed game that was released over a year ago on other platforms, great. And why “FIRST KH3”? Nintendo’s never really been the home of KH. The biggest games of the series have always been exclusive to Sony if I recall correctly.

    1. It is free on PS3 for PS+ members. I love the game on PS3 and couldn’t wait for it in Wii U. Now, I’m disappointed in Square Enix. Hopefully they can redeem themselves by putting KH3 on Wii U

      1. KH3 is NOT leaving ps4 get over it, more likely than not it’s going to be EXCLUSIVE…Hence why none of the other consoles are getting the HD collection either

        1. But it’s also coming to Xbox One and the KH producer would love to make a game for Wii U. So, your point is wrong

  2. I’m not complaining, personally, though I do wonder why they made a point of saying it won’t be coming to any other platform… when they clearly decided to bring to it to everything else not that long after claiming otherwise

  3. If you’re gonna release it to other platforms, make it DLC.
Cause nobody would want to pay another $60 for a game they already bought.

  4. What ever happened to the “Definitive version” and the “Graphical advances only possible on WiiU”?

  5. I’m not mad, they need to make their money – I get it, just don’t delay the Wii U version. Either way I wouldn’t pay full price, maybe in the $30-$40 range

  6. Pingback: Deus ex directors cut no longer wiiu exclusive

  7. WIIU gets no new games? WTF were you people watching? What did you want? Fucking hundreds of games? Look at ps4 n one… Nothing I care about happening over there, yet Nintendo is pumping out innovation, and true gameplay 4get all that CGI bullshit. I think this E3 is shaping up awesomely! Only thing missing is Metroid, and clips 4 the new zelda.

    1. Sorry, but 3D World, the massively hyped flagship game, was severely lacking in innovation, and SSB4 looks nice, but no new innovations so far. Plus, that whole reel of third party games? Literally nothing new. All announced months ago. I’m a big Nintendo fan, but even I’m pretty concerned.

    2. I saw a lot of awesome looking games from Nintendo today; but I didn’t see anything any more or less innovative than what we saw from other companies, or from what we have already seen from Nintendo in the past for that matter.

  8. Judging by how easily the third-parties are walking all over Nintendo these days, like SE, EA, and Ubisoft, to name a few, it seems even they’re fed up with how Nintendo is half-assing everything.

  9. this and ubisoft now abandoning wii u because it wont play nice with drm… grrrr. im getting sick of these people.

  10. What a joke the Wii U turned out to be. So much for all the “exclusives” that they promised us. So much for all the “innovation” that Nintendo promised when all they show is the same games over and over.

  11. get a grip sony and ms casual fans

Hoe can a gamepad enhanced game come to other consoles LOL TWILIGHT ZONE INDUSTRY

  12. get a grip sony and ms casual fans

A man in a suit said to the dev team port it DEV TEAM WENT HUH

So weres the gamepad jesus this industry gets more full retard every day

  13. Whenever a company guarantees you a game as an exculsive to you then suddenly changes their mind should pay. By pay I mean give money and be accountable for their actions.

    1. Of all those “exclusives” you mentioned none of them appeals to me. Sorry but I really don’t care about Mario and Luigi games. They don’t appeal to me, neither does Pikmin. Wind Waker…I played that game 10 years ago and it looks exactly the same other than it supposed to be in “HD”, same audio, even the water effects looks the same. Why do I want to play the same game again?

      1. So why do you play Nintendo if you don’t care for Mario and Luigi games? What are you doing here? Isn’t there a xbox one or Ps4 forum you should be (assuming that PS4 and Xbox One showed something really new in terms of gameplay… well, good luck with that)? It’s not an insult, but if you just don’t like nintendo IPs… well, I don’t know, maybe this isn’t your place. Or maybe you’re just trying to spread your dissapointment with Nintendo around the net, because you feel alone on it, or because you want to troll Nintendo followers by stating we’re wrong, or something… why not share that with people who are on your same page? I’m really sick and tired of people that want Nintendo to be something else, criticizing them because they do not follow the Sony trend. They’re doing what they have always done: give people the same IPs, that represent the same philosophy, and twitching them, adding nostalgia here and there. I like that. I play Nintendo because they’re conservative and innovative at the same time. Without them, there would be nothing in this industry, it would be dead, completely burned (for starters, the only really innovative trend on gaming industry, the indie world, depends on Nintendo existence, aesthetically and gameplay-wsie). I don’t always like what they do, of course, but I follow the philosophy of gaming I believe in and grew up with, one that doesn’t change much (you could clearly compare Wii and Wii U with Gameboy, for example). And if you’re not excited by Pikmin 3, a Miyamoto-driven experience, with him as direct producer… well, yeah, you shouldn’t be here, at all. Wii U is doing fine. This line-up is stronger than that of the Wii. You don’t like it? There’s plenty of other gaming alternatives out there. Or you could eait for the console to build mommentum.

        1. Because I been gaming on Nintendo consoles probably longer than you. I loved the Nintendo of back in the day when the had awesome 2nd party developers, when they had studios that made other type of games that appealed to others that aren’t interested in the Mario games, they had Rare (makers of Goldeneye, Perfect Dark, two of my favorite games of all time), they had Silicon Knights (makers of Eternal Darkness, liked that game too), Left Field Productions (makers of Excitebike64, also liked that game).

They had a special relationship with Factor 5 (Rogue Squadron on the Gamecube was amazing). But Nintendo decided to sell their 2nd party developers (they all died/disappeared due to that). I also liked both Wave Race games both on the N64 and the Gamecube one, 1080° on the N64 was also one of my favoirte games.
Now we left with this, all they make is “baby games” that don’t appeal to me (sorry but they don’t). A game doesn’t have to have blood and be gory to appeal to me (I liked Wave Race, 1080° and etc that proves just that). I was a loyal Nintendo fan and would always purchase 3rd party games that appealed to me. I bought all the Resident Evil games that came out (both on the N64 and the Gamecube and even on the Wii I got the Umbrella Chronicles games even though the Wii was already starting to be a big disappointment for me). There weren’t many games on the Wii that appealed to me, I bought the few that did. I did get Deadly Creatures on the Wii.

I am tired of missing out on all the Triple A games that get released on the other systems but not on Nintendo consoles. I missed on Bioshock Infinite, Metro Last Light, GTA5, all those games appeal to me. That new game Ubisoft showed yesterday, “The Division”, that game looks awesome to me, it does appeal to me. I also liked “The Crew” but again I don’t see that Wii U versions of those games are going to be made. It looks to me that the Wii U is going to be another Wii where all these amazing triple A games never get released.

I only owned Nintendo consoles all my life, but Nintendo is out of touch with gamers like me and I am moving on, will get a PS4 on launch so that I can play the games that appeal to me. Will keep the Wii U for the occasional game that appeals to me that might come it’s way. I hope that is clear enough of an explanation.

  14. Square Enix are back to being dicks again, they have no reason to not bring their new games to Wii U and they don’t and then the ONE game they’re making for the Wii U that is a fucking Director’s Cut of a game the other two already got which was exclusive as it never was on a Nintendo platform is now not exclusive

  15. well that’s to bad, at least it’s still coming to wii u though the ultimate slap in the face would be to cancel the game for wii u and release it on everything else

  16. So why do you play Nintendo if you don’t care for Mario and Luigi games? What are you doing here? Isn’t there a xbox one or ps4 forum you should be (assuming that PS4 and Xbox One showed something really new in terms of gameplay… well, good luck with that)? 17. Why release it on 360 and PS3?! PC I understand, but I thought the main reason for Deus Ex HR Directors Cut was because the Wii missed out on it due to low specs, and now the Wii U can have a turn? Ah wells

    1. I’m getting used to third parties being back-stabbers to Nintendo, no-wonder there’s hostility and bad relationships with third parties if they can’t just even do timed exclusives. For christ sake you could have had it exclusive for 6 months then ported it…For shame Square Enix

  18. this is a horrible idea because the only one who will buy this are wiiu owners that happened played it like myself and for everyone why would they buy a game they already played or can get it for a lot cheaper this is just an attempt by square to milk a few extra bucks im still getting it cause i want to play it but dam is this a dumb decision

  19. Not mad at all at this move (not that it makes much sense to me). However, I will be a bit miffed if this doesn’t go both ways; No withholding KH lll or FF15. If you can deprive Wii U of exclusivity, you can do the same with these ips that Nintendo fans have supported.

  20. It sounds like you guys wanted a bunch of shooting games from Nintendo. Same shit different freaking name. Hell I even heard more Nintendo directs are coming. Don’t know how many. Calm the heck down. You can’t predict Nintendo. Hell less than 15 hours ago I didn’t even know three cores can display performance not far from an 8 core console.
