  1. A new one would be nice….

    > Says they “don’t know what to do with Mega Man”, and scraps 4 projects.

    > Still re-releases old Mega Man and hypes them up.

    Come on Capcom….

      1. That would be good. And seeing how piss poor Konami is these days, Casltevania too.

Mega Man and Castlevania to me are the only old school games tha really stand next to the unusual Nintendo line up

        1. I’m the only one who miss gaemon from mystical ninja? I promise that if I win the lottery I will buy those IP and donate them to developers who know how to use them.

        2. And for some reason Castlevania Lords of Shadow 2 is NOT coming to Wii U despite CLoS the origional doing soooo well on the 3DS! I mean, C’mon! 💋

      2. Nintendo doesn’t even need to really buy it off Capcom. Capcom
just needs to let Nintendo have the rights to “make” a new one exclusive for the Wii U. Sign a contract Nintendo and Capcom! DO IT PLEASE! 💋

    1. I want the first person shooter reboot of Megaman that Capcom was working on but canned…. If any series needs a reboot its Megaman.

  2. I really don’t get it, they act as if slapping up an old nes or snes rom on the Wii U and 3DS hardware, is something that takes forever, as if they need a development team to put the games up. Funny thing about it, is with some simple modding, or just using an R4 card, which is the easiest thing in the world, you can play EVERY nes, and snes rom.

    1. I don’t think it is a technical problem. It is more of business strategy. We didn’t have so many Mega Man games releasing for Wii U until the Super Smash Bros include Mega Man. So I think it is more of business strategy when it come to Virtual Console. I mean why are we going through NES and SNES games right now? Probably because they know costumers rather buy N64 or other console games than NES and SNES. I mean there is no Zelda game on Wii U yet.

I bet you that there will be Zelda games released in October due to Wind Waker HD release.

  3. How many are there? Why not just put ALL of them on Wii U/3DS eshop?!? I also can’t help but think this has something to do with the fact that Megaman is in Smash Bros ;) ? 💋

    1. If my calculations are correct, (push my glasses back up) there were 66 games localized in the US if you include every version of Mega man

  4. For this new to have an impact in me it should have been like “Capcom Teases More Mega Man Titles For Wii U And 3DS” no more, nor less

  5. Maybe if they contacted that fan-team who remade 7 and 8 in 8-bit, and got those on the Eshop. Especially considering 8 wouldn’t be able to otherwise.

  7. I want Mega Man X 1-3 on the 3DS. I know the 3DS is more than capable of handling SNES Games, and the control style of the 3DS is PERFECT for emulating a SNES Controller. I would also want all Original Mega Man games (1-10) on the 3DS as well.

    anyhow, that’s my 2 cents. :)
